Almost all the cultural inheritance with skills as its content depends on the establishment of the relationship between masters and disciples.In the process of the historical development of Wushu culture,there is a very significant cultural phenomenon of Wushu traditional master-disciple relationship,which plays a vital role in the inheritance and development of Wushu culture.In recent years,more and more scholars have paid attention to the research on traditional master-disciple relationship of Wushu,and relevant researchers have great differences on the inheritance and development of the traditional master-disciple relationship of Wushu.At the same time,there are confusions in the practice of traditional Wushu master-disciple relationship,such as masters cheating disciples,bullying disciples,disciples deceived masters,destroyed their ancestors,and split the law.These chaos caused by traditional Wushu master-disciple relationship have a serious negative impact on development of both sides and the harmonious development of traditional Wushu master-disciple relationship.Under the guidance of "opinions on the implementation of the project of inheritance and development of Chinese excellent traditional culture",combined with the encouraging attitude of "providing the necessary funds to support its discipleship and art transmission" in the intangible cultural heritage law of the People's Republic of China,related issues of traditional Wushu master-disciple relationship is researched in this paper,in order to provide theoretical guidance for the development of traditional Wushu master-disciple relationship.In order to build a harmonious interpersonal relationship,carry forward the Chinese excellent Wushu culture to make practical contributions.This paper takes traditional Wushu master-disciple relationship as research object.Firstly,it puts forward the concept of traditional Wushu master-disciple relationship,and clarifies the structure and construction of traditional Wushu master-disciple relationship.Under this theoretical framework,this paper further analyzes the characteristics of traditional Wushu master-disciple relationship,and expounds its emergence and historical evolution.On this basis,according to the five indicators of age,gender,boxing,apprenticeship experience and position,and considering the principles of feasibility,representativeness and economy,43 relevant personnel who can fully represent the development status of traditional Wushu apprenticeship relationship are selected as the in-depth interview objects to ensure that the interviewees cover most levels of the five indicators.Finally,more than 60000 words of written materials were formed,and research diaries were written for each interviewee after each interview,forming 43 research diaries with 800-1000 words each.This paper finds the value,defects and variation of traditional Wushu master-disciple relationship,and puts forward the inheritance and development strategy of traditional Wushu master-disciple relationship.Finally,this paper summarizes the research content and shortcomings,and puts forward the prospect for the future research of traditional Wushu master-disciple relationship.Through the above series of studies,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)Traditional Wushu Master-Disciple Relationship is a teaching-learning relationship confirmed as the father and son.(2)The surface structural elements of traditional Wushu master-disciple relationship include: communication subject;the object of communication;communication means;communication environment;the purpose of communication;communication process;communication content.The characteristics of its surface structural elements include: the relationship between communication subject and communication object is exclusive;the means of communication are material;communication environment is permanent,closed and professional;the purpose of communication is deeply inherited;the process of communication is unitary;the content of communication is mysterious.The deep structural elements of traditional Wushu master-disciple relationship include authority,ethics,interests and blood relationship.The characteristics of its deep structural elements include:the interest elements are unequal in the moment of interest exchange;consanguinity is compulsory.(3)The construction process of traditional Wushu master-disciple relationship can be divided into the following four stages: the stage of mutual selection between master and apprentice;the stage of mutual visits between masters and disciples;the stage of father and son identification;paternity recognition stage.The characteristics of the construction process include: in the stage of mutual selection between masters and disciples,both masters and disciples are self-conscious and voluntary;in the stage of mutual visits,both masters and disciples need to conduct moral inspection;at the stage of father and son's clear identity,masters and disciples need to hold a master worship ceremony;in the stage of father and son identity recognition,both masters and disciples should abide by the father and son code of ethics.(4)The social basis of traditional Wushu master-disciple relationship is:the concept of its destiny;the family doctrine of masters and disciples as father and son;the Confucian ethics of heaven and earth.The precondition of traditional Wushu master-disciple relationship is the need of both sides;the necessary condition for the emergence of traditional Wushu master-disciple relationship is to meet the needs of both masters and disciples.The historical evolution of traditional Wushu master-disciple relationship can be divided into the following six periods: germination period;the embryonic stage;mature period;differentiation period;stagnation period;recovery period.(5)The value of traditional Wushu master-disciple relationship is: it is conducive to the deep inheritance of boxing;it helps to strengthen the cohesion of the school;it helps to strengthen the moral standards of martial arts practitioners;it is helpful to make up for the deficiency of Wushu teaching in school;it is conducive to carry forward the traditional Chinese thanksgiving culture.The defects of traditional Wushu teacher apprentice relationship include: "teacher as apprentice" hinders the establishment of equal values of interpersonal relationship in modern society;some rules of the traditional Wushu master-disciple relationship hinder the giving and receiving of Wushu skills;The traditional Wushu master-disciple relationship is easy to lead to the difference between family opinion and apprenticeship.
