A Study On The Influencing Factors Of Interpersonal Relationship Of College Students

College students are the country's valuable talent,and it is very important to cultivate qualified college students.College students should not only professional skills,but more importantly,their physical and mental health,high ideological level.But in today's society,the college students' conflicts caused by psychological problems occur.Therefore,the psychological health education for college students is particularly important,the interpersonal relationship of college students is an important aspect of College Students' physical and mental health.On the basis of reviewing the existing literature,this paper uses the literature theory research method and the interview method to find out the factors that affect the interpersonal relationship of college students.Then the questionnaire is designed and the students of Nanchang University are collected as the survey object,Classmates,teachers and students,family three dimensions of interpersonal relationship to study.DEMATEL model is used to analyze the influence factors,The principal weight method is used to calculate the interpersonal relationship score,and the variance analysis method is used to study the influence of different factors on interpersonal relationship,The principal component factor method is used to excavate the factors that affect interpersonal relationship,the four factors of influencing factors is constructed.The results show that some factors are not related to the interpersonal relationships of college students with different dimensions,and some factors are closely related.What are the influencing factors that need to be maintained by the quadrilateral model and which aspects of the influencing factors are to be improved.Finally,the author puts forward some suggestions to the university,parents and students.
