Doctoral education is at the top of national education,which is an important combination of science and technology as the first productivity.Since it is born,it has undertaken the task of training reserve talents university teachers.In recently years,with the expansion of doctoral education scale,the problem of doctoral training has become increasingly prominent.The newly recruited doctors can not adapt to the role of university doctors well,resulting in interpersonal difficulties,role transformation conflicts,lack of practical teaching ability and other problems.The reason is that the newly recruited teachers in universities have insufficient academic socialization in the doctoral training stage.ln order to improve the training mode of doctoral students,promote the academic socialization of doctoral students,and train excellent reserve talents for the college teachers' profession,this paper takes the academic socialization of doctoral students as the research theme,examines the process and influencing factors of doctoral students' growth in the doctoral training stage from the perspective of the future college teachers' career,analyzes the mode of doctoral students'transformation from academic freedom to academic career,and then provides valuable suggestions for adjusting the doctoral training mode and promoting the cultivation of highquality doctoral students.At present,doctoral students mainly choose universities to engage in academic work after graduation,and become reserve talents for the construction of University teachers.Thus,students' academic socialization during their doctoral study,especially academic socialization to the academic life and academic profession is regarded as the initial stage of academic career,which is very important for the future academic development of doctoral students and the continuation of academic career.Therefore,this research focused on doctoral student academic socialization which leads to the academic life and academic profession,explored influential factors of doctoral students academic socialization and forming paths,and proposed the recommendations on doctoral training to promote doctoral students academic socialization and prepare them well to academic profession after graduation.Firstly,This paper compares the relevant theories of symbolic interaction theory,society ecosystems theory and student development theory.At the same time,it combines the research literature on the related concepts of academic socialization,doctoral socialization to analyze the current situation and trend of doctoral academic socialization research.Understanding the main practical problems faced by doctoral students in the process of academic socialization will provide abundant research materials basis for theoretical and empirical research.Based on the theory of academic socialization and student development,and combined with the research on the academic process and influencing factors of doctoral students,the analysis framework of doctoral students' academic socialization is constructed.Secondly,based on the grounded theory,the process of doctoral students' academic socialization and the influencing factors are studied through qualitative research:(1)the process of doctoral students' academic socialization is divided into three stages:knowledge acquisition,identity formation and ability cultivation;At the stage of knowledge acquisition,doctoral students experienced the change of learning concept which is from "what to learn"to "I want to learn";At the stage of identity formation,doctoral students experienced identity integration which is from outsiders to insiders;At the stage of ability cultivation,doctoral students experienced the change of team status which is from marginal people to core backbone.(2)This research focused on the influencing factors of the development of doctoral students' academic socialization by using the method of grounded theory.Through the threelevel coding form of open login,related login and core login,found that the core influencing factors of the development of doctoral students' academic socialization are personal factors,tutor factors,school factors.Personal factors include personal background and educational background;tutor factors include tutor guidance and academic achievements;school factors include school learning resources,school academic atmosphere,school training and management.Thirdly,this research explored the influencing factors of doctoral students' academic socialization by using regression analysis method.Through regression analysis,it is concluded that the development of doctoral students' socialization is influenced by tutors'scientific research guidance,school academic atmosphere and school training and management,while other factors have no significant impact on the overall development of doctoral students' academic socialization;from the "micro”level,doctoral students' Science Academic conference participation is mainly influenced by academic atmosphere and school training and management;doctoral course learning is significantly related to tutor's scientific research guidance,school training and management;doctoral teaching practice participation is mainly affected by the type of doctoral universities and doctoral training mode,and the degree of doctoral students' learning engagement.It is significantly related to the type of doctoral universities and the training mode of doctoral students;the participation of doctoral research projects is significantly influenced by the guidance of tutors and the academic atmosphere of the university;the research ability of doctoral students and the training mode of doctoral students,the guidance of tutors and the interaction between undergraduate and undergraduate stages are double-class universities master's level.The development of doctoral students' other abilities is guided by tutors' scientific research.Through sorting out and regression analysis at some levels,the influencing factors of doctoral students' academic socialization are obtained from both macro and micro levels,which lays a foundation for the next chapter to put forward relevant policy recommendations and improvement measures of doctoral students' training.Fourthly,based on the existing research results,specific suggestions are putting forward to promote the academic socialization development of doctoral students' academic socialization from the aspects of knowledge acquisition,identity formation and capacity development.At the level of knowledge acquisition,while improving the curriculum and teaching quality,universities should also support students to participate actively in academic conferences and encourage students to take active part in practical teaching activities.At the level of identity formation,universities provide conditions for students to participate in scientific research projects by promoting the construction and sharing of interdisciplinary platforms.Students should set up the concept of "learning as a career" and participate in systematic academic training.In addition,in the process of the formation of student identity,corresponding organizations should implement the "tutorial system" to promote the formation of doctoral status.In the level of ability development,teachers should teach students in accordance with their aptitude and give effective teaching guidance to students.Meanwhile,schools should also implement the "tutorial system".We should change the corresponding training concepts and pay attention to the cultivation of students' other abilities.Only by coordinating and making joint efforts among universities,tutors and students can better promote the development of doctoral students' academic socialization.
