time,the rule of law education of college students in China is dominated by explicit education,which carries out theoretical indoctrination,knowledge popularization and belief guidance through ideological and political classes,campus cultural activities,party and League organization life and other channels.Such education mode has played an important role in the early stage of the construction of the rule of law in China,and it has played a positive role in promoting the cultivation of comprehensive high-quality talents required by the new practice of China’s market economy since the reform and opening up.However,with the development and changes of the times,the college students’ explicit rule of law education is difficult to meet the needs of China’s rule of law construction and students’ learning and development,because of the single traditional education mode,rigid form,lack of personal experience and emotional characteristics in the education process.Especially with the background of globalization,modernization and informatization,the channels for students to acquire knowledge are increasing day by day.The wide accessibility and infinite replicability of learning resources make it no longer limited to a fixed time and place for learners,but more informal,personalized and ubiquitous.College Students’ implicit rule of law education is an educational practice with unique charm consistent with the development of the times.The recessive rule of law education can effectively avoid the resistance of college students to the explicit rule of law education of single preaching because of its latent,informal and non intellectual characteristics,which makes the educatees unconsciously integrate into the created educational situation,follow the educators to explore and reach the place of educational intention without any prejudice.Compared with the explicit rule of law education,the implicit rule of law education can not only stimulate the rule of law emotion of college students,but also more in line with the psychological characteristics of college students in their youth.It can make them change "passive acceptance" to "active exploration" of the spirit of the rule of law,and establish their recognition and belief in the rule of law in their subtle learning.There are still various practical problems in the practice of implicit education of law,although people have recognized the importance of implicit education and introduced the factors of implicit education into the process of College Students’ rule of law education consciously.The fact comes from people’s insufficient understanding of implicit rule of law education,such as lack of implicit rule of law education concept,insufficient creation of implicit education situation,weak system synergy and so on,To some extent,it has become an obstacle to the implementation of College Students’ implicit legal education.People is the object of legal education-People’s thoughts,emotions and hearts and so on.The ultimate goal of law education is forming people’s recognition,respect and belief of law.Neither the change of thought nor the improvement of legal literacy can be achieved by simple coercive means.Only by giving full play to the role of implicit rule of law education,can college students’ implicit rule of law education and explicit rule of law education complement each other,form a joint force,and jointly ensure the three-dimensional and integrity of College Students’ rule of law education.It’s the central topic of College Students’ implicit rule of law education research to grasp the internal law of College Students’ implicit rule of law education and understand the composition of its elements and the relationship between them.On the whole,college students’ implicit legal education is a systematic and colorful ecosystem.The process of College Students’ tacit rule of law education is not only a process of ideological
