As the spiritual and cultural characteristics of modern countries,the public spirit is the basic quality and value appeal for shaping the morality of citizens.It is the inherent requirement and spiritual reserve for promoting social harmony.It is the common consciousness of every country and region that has entered the modernization.As the political superiority and fine tradition of the Communist Party of China,ideological and political education plays a huge role in the cause of China's revolution,construction and reform.Contemporary China is in the critical period of building a well-off society in an all-round way and realizing the comprehensive construction of a socialist modernization power.The public transformation of the social structure has deepened and deepened.Many public issues have become the embarrassment of the healthy development of social politics,economy and culture.How to continue to exert its unique advantages in ideological and political education and to deal with the public problems of the society is the urgent issue that needs to be solved.Putting the cultivation of public spirit into the perspective of ideological and political education is not only the need for the transformation and enhancement of the ideological and political education,but also the need for the development of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics.This research takes the problem of the cultivation of college students' public spirit as the research object,guided by the Marxist public theory,the theory of human's free and comprehensive development,based on the theory of ideological and political education acceptance,the new character education theory,and the theory of communist civic moral education.For the reference of knowledge,follow the research path from theory to practice,from history to reality,from problem to countermeasure,comprehensively use literature analysis method,empirical research method,interdisciplinary research method,etc.to cultivate the public spirit of college students under the perspective of ideological and political education.The basic concepts,theoretical framework,historical development,realistic situation,and practical path are studied.As far as the basic structure and main content of this research are concerned,it is mainly carried out from the following four aspects:First,the establishment of problem consciousness and the determination of basic theory are mainly reflected in the first chapter and the second chapter.Specifically,the first chapter mainly includes the origin and significance of the research,the combing and review of relevant research results at home and abroad,the analysis of research ideas and methods,and the exploration of research innovations,etc.,to provide basic information for the official development of the research.Premise.On the basis of determining the meaning and composition of the contemporary Chinese public spirit,the second chapter puts forward the dimension of the cultivation of college students' public spirit,and analyzes the possibility and necessity of the cultivation of college students' public spirit into ideological and political education.Based on the theoretical basis,the theoretical basis and knowledge of research are explained.Second,the construction of the theoretical
