In the journey of striving to realize the Chinese dream,contemporary basic education undertakes the important mission of uniting people's hearts,improving personality,developing human resources,cultivating talents and benefiting the people.Paying attention to personality,improving personality,developing healthy personality education and positive personality education are becoming the important direction and content of basic education development and reform.Starting from the educational goal of improving personality,this paper systematically discusses the essence of personality thought and related experience in personality cultivation in China,the similarities and differences between Chinese and western personality education thoughts,the connotation,main features and the advanced nature of the times,reveals the problems existing in the cultivation of modern effectiveness positive personality in basic education at present,and puts forward effective strategies for cultivating modern effectiveness positive personality of primary and secondary school students.First of all,this paper systematically explores the effectiveness positive personality genes in Chinese culture,showing the effectiveness positive personality genes in ancient and modern Chinese personality education thoughts from the diachronic perspective.In the fusion process of genes of effectiveness positive personality,we should adhere to the sinicization of contemporary personality education,and put forward three basic principles,the organic unity of inheriting tradition and human modernization,the harmonious integration of scientific rationality and moral values,and the overall grasp of adapting to national conditions and leading the international community.Secondly,the paper further demonstrates and develops modern effectiveness positive personality education,tamps the philosophical and psychological foundation of modern effectiveness positive personality education,adheres to the basic principles of Marxism and Xi Jinping's thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as the fundamental guiding ideology of this paper,and systematically combs the scientific research achievements and development context of positive psychology.This paper systematically analyzes and defines the structure that modern effectiveness positive personality,and extracts the concept of modern effectiveness positive personality.In particular,it comprehensively expounds the basic principles of modern effectiveness positive personality education,emphasizes four creative motives,such as inspiring students' fresh life force and sense of mission of the times,helping teachers and students to live positively and optimistically,advocating positive and effectiveness teaching mode,helping students create happiness and have lasting happiness,and discusses three core contents of positive heart education,high-efficiency education and high-level education.Thirdly,the questionnaire of modern effectiveness positive personality of primary and middle school students which meets the measurement standard is compiled,and the current situation was investigated.Through empirical investigation,we found the existing problems of personality education in primary and secondary schools,and deeply analyzed the causes of these problems.Finally,guided by the principles of modern effectiveness positive personality education,this paper refines the practical strategy of one grid,two loops,three dimensions and twelve items of modern effectiveness positive personality education,referred to as 12312 modern effectiveness positive personality education practice model for short.For the purpose of generating modern effectiveness positive personality,we should construct a double-loop practical strategy of thinking-technology.The thinking path includes three-dimensional thinking paths such as background thinking,unified thinking and principle thinking.The technological path includes three-dimensional technological paths,such as positive heart educational practice,high-efficiency educational practice and high-level educational practice.The technical path builds 12 concrete practical strategies around the idea of improving the overall personality structure and empowering education through science and technology.It aims to practice the educational work goal of improving personality,help students to generate modern effectiveness positive personality,conform to the political call and mission of the era of powerful education,lay a good background of modern effectiveness positive personality for the harmonious,vigorous and beautiful development of teachers and students,and provide a solid personality education guarantee for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and people's happiness.
