Innovation is the source of strength and the foundation of development.Innovation is the fundamental driving force for contemporary technological,economic and social development,and the fundamental support for realizing the great Chinese dream.Educating people for the country,educating talents for the party,"cultivating newcomers of the age who are responsible for the great task of national rejuvenation".It is particularly necessary to strengthen the cultivation of students' creative ability,and it is especially necessary to integrate the spirit of innovation and creativity into the cultivation of positive and healthy personality.Perfect and life-long development lay the seeds of innovation and creation.This study uses literature,survey and interview methods to investigate and analyze the creativity of junior high school students in Suihua.Through the investigation of the creativity of the junior high school students in S city,the current situation of the creativity of the junior high school students in S city is studied,and the results of interviews with junior high school teachers and students are used as important supplementary content,and the data is further analyzed,in the perspective of high-efficiency and positive personality education Discover the problems in the training of creativity of junior high school students,and put forward effective strategies to improve the creativity of junior high school students.This research is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly clarifies the research reason of this thesis,the purpose and significance of the topic,the definition of the concepts of “high-efficiency and positive personality education”and “creativity”,and the definition of high-efficiency and positive personality The educational theory research,creativity research,and the history of creativity training research are sorted out,and the research ideas and methods of this research are proposed.The second part systematically elaborates the basic ideas of high-efficiency and active personality education theory,creativity and creativity training.The third part,through the investigation of the creativity of junior high school students,understand the current situation of the creativity of junior high school students,and combine the interview records with teachers and students,in order to analyze the problems and problems of creativity in the perspective of high-efficiency and positive personality education.The cause lays the foundation.The fourth part proposes scientific and effective strategies for cultivating the creativity of junior high school students from four aspects: teachers,schools,students and parents based on the theory of high-efficiency and positive personality education.
