Personality is the foundation of one's life.Teaching and cultivating people's sentiments is based on the cultivation of personality.To build a strong and prosperous country,to create people's happiness,and to realize the Chinese Dream requires active builders and reliable successors with positive personalities from generation to generation.Primary school education is the foundation of basic education,and it is also the seeding and seedling stage to lay the foundation of positive personality.Strengthening the positive personality education of primary school students is the expectation of our country to "train new people in the era of national rejuvenation".It is also people-oriented,which can guarantee the basic needs of hundreds of millions of teenagers' healthy growth and adult development.Guided by the Xi Jinping Thought on Education for the New Era,adhering to Marxist dialectical materialism,this paper studies the connotation and characteristics of primary school students' personality education by combining speculative and empirical methods.On the basis of rational analysis and statistics,it reveals the problems existing in the cultivation of primary school students' positive personality,and systematically puts forward the strategy for cultivating primary school students' positive personality.This paper is divided into three parts: theoretical deduction,concept construction,and empirical investigation,as well as interview analysis and strategic suggestions.Firstly,based on Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,this paper defines the concept of personality.In addition,it integrates Marxist philosophy,Kant's critical philosophy and Alfred North Whitehead's process philosophy,and explains and supplements the concept of positive personality.Then,based on the theories of positive psychology,personality psychology and child psychology,this paper constructs a positive personality model of primary school students,which takes positive psychology as the core,positive personality traits as the conceptual basis,positive spirit cultivation as the behavior performance,and positive experience and positive organizational system as the support.Secondly,the paper analyzes the differences of positive personality of primary school students by means of questionnaire and interview,multi-factor analysis of variance,correlation analysis,regression analysis,etc.There are three problems in the cultivation of the positive personality of primary school students:first,the development of the positive personality of primary school students is not balanced;secondly,there are different levels of group differences in the development level of pupils' positive personality;thirdly,the relationship between primary school students' positive personality,demographic factors and academic performance.And it further analyzes the factors of primary school students' positive personality formation from the three dimensions which are society,school and family.Finally,based on theoretical research and empirical investigation,the paper proposes five strategies to optimize the cultivation of positive personality in primary school students from three dimensions: first,further highlight the national value,the times value and the personal value of positive personality,and enhance the value of teachers and students on the cultivation of positive personality;secondly,by perfecting the theoretical construction of positive personality training,teachers' understanding of positive personality and positive personality training will be improved,and pupils' understanding of positive psychology and teachers' and students' understanding of the connotation of positive personality can be promoted;thirdly,optimize the education ecology of positive personality training,including the cooperation between home and school,positively confront the unhealthy social atmosphere and the construction of continuous and consistent positive personality training strategy;fourthly,to enrich the ways of cultivating positive personality,so as to cultivate positive personality by virtue,history,culture,thought and practice;fifthly,to build a systematic model of primary school students.The cultivation of positive personality.In the cultivation of positive psychology,positive personality traits and positive spirit,we should try our best to make the cultivation goal clear,the cultivation process scientific and orderly,and the cultivation method specific and effective.
