Since the emergence of school education,people have been focusing on the basic issues of social standard and individual standard of school education,and there are discussions and even disputes in the field of basic theory and practice of education.In the philosophical sense,the social standard and the individual standard of school education are the unity of opposites,which are two aspects of one thing.In people's cognition and orientation,which aspect or two aspects have different priorities determines the direction of the development of education and the exertion of social and individual functions,and affects the healthy development of individual mind and social progress.Since China's reform and opening up,the school education in personnel training and promoting social development and progress of all kinds of stubborn diseases,in the final analysis,is also due to the deviation in the correct understanding and handling of the relationship between the two,too much attention to the individuality of education and lack of sociality.Rural social change and school education are not accidental or isolated,but there is a relationship between education and economic and social development which has been revealed by pedagogical principles.From the perspective of the basic principles of social standard of education,this study takes the social changes of dumei Yao village as an example,and uses the methods of ethnological participation observation and educational investigation to explore the relationship between school education and social function.The study found that in modern times,before the founding of new China and even before the reform and opening up,the economic and social development of the village lagged behind,and the development of school education was slow;it was not until more than 40 years after the reform and opening up that the real earth shaking changes took place in the village,and the great changes in the countryside were closely related to the development and progress of local school education.Politics,economy and culture are the three fields of social organism,and education priority is the fundamental measure to promote social development.This paper investigates and combs the history of education,human and social development of dumei Yao village in modern times from four main dimensions of traditional culture,social situation,social economy and education policy.The development of traditional education,the development of local economy and culture,the integration of education policy and local social situation.The author thinks that traditional culture and Yao education are integrated.School education is the most effective way to inherit and develop the excellent ethnic traditional culture,and the effective play of the cultural function of school education will in turn promote the prosperity and development of the ethnic culture;the social situation is the barometer of Yao education.When the political situation presents the characteristics of organization,effectiveness and stability,school education will be maintained and developed,and vice versa;social economy and Yao education complement each other.In history,Yao's traditional farming economy and forestry economy are the root of the lag of school education development in dumei Yao village.Only with the economic development can school education develop better.With the improvement of socialist market opening and the mutual benefit between urban and rural areas,Yao school education plays an effective role in cultivating people in urbanization,which is often more conducive to promoting rural economic development;education policy is the basic condition for the development of Yao education.The implementation of ethnic education policy conforms to the characteristics of ethnic minority work and the reality of ethnic minority areas,and effectively promotes regional social equity and the development of school education in ethnic minority areas.The author thinks that the day of civilization and progress of rural social change is also the time of vigorous development of school education.It is necessary to give full play to the socialized function of school education,so as to better promote the economic and social development and progress of Yao village.School education should achieve the following important aspects: first,give full play to the political socialization function of the direction of running a school and always adhere to the socialist direction of running a school;second,accurately grasp the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people and effectively return to the source of socialization of moral education;third,grasp the trend and trend of curriculum reform and strive to seek the socialized basis of curriculum and teaching;fourth,enhance the quality of teachers To promote the realization of teachers' role-playing and their socialization.In this way,we can better grasp the law and characteristics of the integration and coordinated development of the social function of school education and local economy,politics and culture,and call for the return of the social standard of school education,so as to promote the process of socialization and individualization of human beings.
