The Dynmaic Capabilities Formation And Mechanism Of The General Contractor Enterprise

The fierce competition of international and domestic building market urgently requires to cultivate and develop the general contractor enterprise in China, while the general contractor enterprise in our country lacks of international competitiveness, especially the ability of adapt to market changes dynamically. So the general contractor enterprise in desperate needs of a new theory that reflects the current environment's dynamic essence to guide their actions.Dynamic abilities theory proposed by Teece and other scholars pointed to a direction to solve this problem. Dynamic abilities theory is that the enterprise ability must constantly innovate and reconstruct with the changes in the external environment, so as to adapt to the environment and gain the competitive advantages.Through literature review on enterprise strategic theory, enterprise competence theory, dynamic abilities theory and engineering contracting enterprise ability, this article makes clear the research emphasis in view of the blank of the engineering contracting enterprise dynamic capabilities research; We analyze the gap between the domestic Turnkey project subject and international engineering company, then put forward the orientation in cultivating and developing the general contractor enterprise; Based on the common evolution thought, this paper constructs dynamic mechanism, function mechanism and methods for promoting 3d model of dynamic capabilities evolution; We dissect the influencing factors and forming process of the general contractor enterprise dynamic capabilities, and build the forming process model of dynamic capabilities based on resource and knowledge, then explore the dynamic motivation mechanism, learning mechanism, the innovation mechanism and matching mechanism of the general contractor enterprise dynamic capabilities formation; It establishes dynamic capabilities dimensional model, which includes market perception, resource integration capability, network relations capacity, learning absorptive capacity and organizational flexibility ability five dimensions of the general contractor enterprise, and analyzes the content and measuring factors of the general contractor enterprise dynamic competence dimensions; The paper designs questionnaire on dynamic competence dimensions measuring factors and competitive advantage of measuring factors, then develops the exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis by applying the statistical software SPSS18.0 and AMOS7.0, etc, and empirically tests the function relation between the general contractor enterprise dynamic capabilities dimensions, constitute dimensions and dynamic capabilities, dynamic abilities and the enterprise competitive advantage, constitute dimensions and competitive advantages of enterprises, which reveals the function relation of the general contractor enterprise dynamic capabilities mechanism; At last, this article puts forward the path of breeding and ascending the dynamic capabilities of the general contractor enterprise in our country, which provides the theory basis and the reference for improving the general contractor enterprise dynamic abilities to respond to the environment.The innovation points in this paper depend on:Creatively putting forward the general contractor enterprise dynamic capabilities'constitute dimensions and measuring factors; raising that resource and knowledge are the foundations of the dynamic capabilities'forming process, constructing the forming process model of dynamic capabilities, and revealing its forming path; discussing the motivation mechanism, learning mechanism, matching mechanism and innovation mechanism of the dynamic capabilities'formation of the general contractor enterprise, proclaiming the formation mechanism of the dynamic capabilities; quantitatively analyzing the function relation between dynamic capability and competitive advantage, revealing the action mechanism of the general contractor enterprise dynamic capabilities, and putting forward the path to breed and ascension the dynamic capabilities of the general contractor enterprise.
