In the era of global economic boom, the competition is becoming increasingly fierce, which makes the international operation of enterprises tend to be frequent.Chinese enterprises are not limited to the domestic market, and gradually go abroad, toward the international market, and gradually expand the scope of market operations. However,China's internationalization is still in the initial stage of International development, and the mode of internationalization is also limited, such as export. With the relatively stable static business environment evolving into a complex and diverse dynamic business environment, transnational enterprises are faced with a variety of opportunities and challenges. However, enterprises cannot adapt to the market and keep up with the pace,so they gradually realize that their competitive advantages have been weakened to some extent. Therefore, what are the competitive advantages of enterprises? How can companies overcome the pressures caused by the environment? How can companies build and develop international competitive advantages in a complex and changeable market environment? These questions are worth pondering.Based on the above background and problems, many scholars have studied the relationship between the degree of enterprise internationalization and enterprise performance, and the conclusions are diversified.Although performance is the result of competitive advantage, enterprise performance does not fully represent competitive advantage.Competitive advantages include market, strategy, finance and other aspects. Therefore, the paper chooses the enterprises with international management in Anhui Province as the research object, through the literature review of the theory of internationalization, dynamic capabilities and competitive advantage of enterprises, classifies dynamic capabilities into three dimensions:environmental adaptation ability, resource integration ability and learning ability, and then uses three dimensions of dynamic capabilities as mediator variables to explore the degree of internationalization of enterprises by sorting out the relevant literatures on internationalization, dynamic capabilities and competitive advantages of enterprises.and to explore the mechanism of the effect of enterprise international degree on competitive advantage and the mediating effects of dynamic capabilities.First of all, after reviewing the results of relevant research by scholars at home and abroad, the article puts forward four sets of hypotheses about the interrelationship among the internationalization, dynamic capabilities and competitive advantages of enterprises, and creates a theoretical model between them.Secondly,a questionnaire is designed based on the maturity scale of various variables developed and adopted by experts in the past, which can be used for a two-and-a-half month survey to select the sample objects.A total of 500 questionnaires were issued to delete the questionnaires that did not meet the requirements. The final number of valid questionnaires was 293.Finally,Finally,SPSS empirical analysis software was used to process the completed questionnaire data in each step, the results show that:(1)the degree of internationalization of enterprises has a significant positive effect on competitive advantage;(2)the degree of internationalization of enterprises has a significant positive effect on the three dimensions of dynamic capabilities(environmental adaptation ability, resource integration ability and learning ability);(3)the three dimensions of enterprise dynamic capabilities have a significant positive effect on competitive advantage, among the three dimensions of enterprise dynamic capabilities, enterprises resource integration ability has the strongest positive effect on competitive advantage, environmental adaptation ability is second, and learning ability is the weakest;(4)The three dimensions of dynamic capabilities(environmental adaptation ability, resource integration ability and learning ability)play a partial mediating role between the degree of internationalization and competitive advantage. The results of the empirical research clarify the path of how the degree of internationalization of enterprises affects the competitive advantage. On the one hand,it inherits and enriches the academic community's exploration of the relationship between the degree of internationalization of enterprises and competitive advantage; On the other hand, can serve as a trigger for acadmic circles to deeply study the influence of dynamic capabilities on obtaining and maintaining international competitive advantage. On the basis of the above research conclusions and the actual situation, some reasonable Suggestions are given for enterprises to improve their competitive advantages.Enterprises need to set up international thinking, broaden their horizons of internationalization, carry out international business. While devoting to expanding the international market,it is necessary to adopt systematic and dynamic operation for the internationalization strategy of enterprises.Enterprises should timely understand and grasp the changeable market environment information, enhance their adaptability to the environment, and cultivate their ability to integrate and reconstruct their internal and external resources, and strive to learn new knowledge to achieve innovation. In addition, the paper puts forward the shortcomings and future research prospects in this study from three aspects:survey sample, questionnaire data and research perspective.
