Research On High-Quality Economic Development Of Chinese Textile And Clothing Industry

The textile and clothing industry is a livelihood industry,which has been highly valued by the party and the state.The report to the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)points out that China's economy has been developing at a high speed and developing at a high quality.The textile and clothing industry is an important part of the whole economy,and the study of its high-quality development is of obvious significance to promote the whole economy to achieve high-quality development.The first chapter discusses the background of the topic,the significance of the topic,the difficulties,methods and techniques of the research,etc.The second chapter reviews the theoretical research guiding the high-quality development of the economy,which is one of the economic policy bases for promoting the high-quality development of the economy.Chapter three analyze the status quo of high quality development of textile and garment industry.The following chapters evaluate the effects and market conditions of the existing policies to promote the high-quality development of the industry,draw lessons from the experience of foreign developed countries,and put forward the policy Suggestions for the next step.With the exception of chapters I,ii and iii,the main content of the chapters is as follows:The fourth chapter analyzes the ecological environment of textile and clothing at the national level based on the analysis of ecological environmental efficiency of carbon emission and water consumption,and further analyzes the ecological environment of clothing industry at the guangdong-hong kong-macao greater bay area based on the above two points.This paper makes a comparative analysis of industrial eco-environmental efficiency from the comparison of industrial energy consumption and carbon emission and the economic impact of industrial energy consumption and carbon emission.It is concluded that the carbon emission of textile and clothing industry has a more obvious effect on economic growth than that of other industries.The impact of economic growth on carbon emissions in the textile and clothing industry is less pronounced than in other industries.Through the above three groups of analysis and comparison,it can be found that the eco-environmental efficiency of the textile and clothing industry has been improved on the whole,but it also shows obvious regional and industrial characteristics.The fifth chapter summarizes the evolution and evaluation of the industrial policy of the textile and garment industry from the historical analysis and policy evaluation of the textile and garment industry.Chow test was used to judge whether China's entry into WTO is significantly beneficial to China's export and industrial development.The analysis shows that there are also differences in the policies benefiting from the international trade quota system within the industry.On the whole,the development of textile and clothing industry in 9 cities in guangdong-hong kong-macao greater bay area benefited from the trade allocation policy.The sixth chapter compares and analyzes the regional differences between the contribution of supply-side factors to total factor productivity of the industry and the total factor productivity of the clothing industry through the data model.With the help of DEA and MALMQUIST index decomposition method and with reference to Joshi(2010),the study on Indian textile and apparel enterprises was conducted,and the efficiency of the textile and apparel industry in guangzhou,shenzhen and dongguan was calculated and decomposed.It is concluded that the internal differentiation of total factor productivity in guangzhou-shenzhen-dongguan-textile and clothing industry is more obvious.From 2000 to 2016,the total factor productivity of the textile industry in guangzhou,shenzhen and dongguan showed a trend of convergence.Textile clothing clothing industry presents a trend of divergence;Leather fur feather shoemaking industry presents different trend.The last part of this chapter compares total factor productivity in shenzhen,guangzhou and dongguan,because shenzhen and guangzhou are the most typical cities in guangdong province in terms of textile and garment development.The seventh chapter looks at the high quality development of the textile and clothing industry from the perspective of consumer utility analysis and the influence factors of textile and clothing consumption,especially the price factor,and evaluates the recognition degree of consumers to the high quality development of the textile and clothing industry.By using Chinese provincial panel data from 2007 to 2016,using the multivariate statistical analysis,static panel data model and dynamic panel data model,the empirical analysis of China's urban residents clothing consumption is still lag reason in time,it is concluded that urban residents clothing consumption and degree is generally low and affected by many macro factors robustness this basic conclusion,the transformation and upgrading of China's garment industry development and national costume as the carrier layout "area" strategy has the enlightenment significance.Based on the analysis and conclusion of the paper,the following measures are put forward to improve the fashion of clothing consumption of Chinese urban residents: first,improve the social security measures to optimize the consumption structure.Second,the research and judgment fashion development law layout
