Deepening The Structural Reform Of Agricultural Supply Side In Northeast China

The new round of Northeast revitalization is a comprehensive and all-round revitalization.The new round of Northeast revitalization is not only industrial revitalization,but also high-quality development of agriculture.Northeast China,as an important major grain producing area,has rich and unique agricultural resources.While revitalizing the industry in Northeast China,we can supplement the new momentum for revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China by deepening the structural reform of agricultural supply side to achieve high-quality development of agriculture in Northeast China.At present,there are many obstacles to the high-quality development of agriculture in Northeast China,which mainly concentrate on the agricultural supply side,such as the unbalanced structure of agricultural industry,the dislocation of supply and demand,the unbalanced ecology,the unbalanced system and so on.This shows that deepening the structural reform of agricultural supply side is the only way for the high-quality development of agriculture in Northeast China.It is also an effective way to supplement the new momentum for the revitalization of the old industrial bases in Northeast China through the high-quality development of agriculture.Based on the principles of Marxist political economy,this paper expounds the theoretical basis of structural reform of agricultural supply side from micro,meso,macro and international levels,and puts forward that deepening structural reform of agricultural supply side is an effective way to achieve high-quality development of agriculture.Based on a large number of data and facts,this paper analyses the structural contradictions faced by the agricultural supply side in Northeast China and the obstacles to the high-quality development of agriculture,draws on the experience of the United States and the Netherlands in the development of high-quality agriculture,and puts forward some suggestions on deepening the structural reform of the agricultural supply side in Northeast China,promoting the high-quality development of agriculture in Northeast China and promoting the comprehensive revitalization of the old industrial base in Northeast China.
