Research On The High Quality Development Of Yongdeng Agricultural Economy Under The Background Of Agricultural Supply Side Structural Reform

China's agriculture is shifting from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.Due to the constraints of resource endowment and production methods,the agricultural economy has been in a state of low quality development for a long time.Under the background of the new normal of economic development,the country promotes the structural reform of the agricultural supply side.The main purpose is to improve the quality of agricultural economic development by optimizing the agricultural supply system.Although the high-quality development of agricultural economy in developed areas of China has achieved fruitful results,the research on the high-quality development of agricultural economy in the northwest area is still relatively backward.Due to the differences in economic development patterns,location resource advantages and agricultural production methods among different regions,there are corresponding differences in the modes and countermeasures for improving the quality of agricultural economy among different areas.Taking Yongdeng County as an example,this paper studies the current situation of agricultural economic development under the background of promoting the supply side reform of the provincial capitals in the northwestern provinces,analyzes the problems faced in improving the quality of agricultural economy,and proposes basic principles and countermeasures that the high quality development of agricultural economy should be followed..The main findings are as follows:?.Systematic analysis of the status quo of agricultural economic development in Yongdeng CountyDuring 2007-2017,the economic development of Yongdeng County was relatively effective.The specific performance is as follows: the first industry is developing steadily,the income of farmers is increasing year by year;the grain production is safe and stable,the supply of major agricultural products is basically sufficient;the investment in financial support for agriculture is increasing steadily,and the source of living water for agricultural economic development is injected;The quality of agricultural products is safe and reliable;the agricultural production methods are upgraded,and the supporting role of science and technology is actively exerted;rural reforms are steadily advancing,and new industries are booming.2.Using qualitative analysis and empirical research to evaluate the quality of agricultural economy in Yongdeng CountyFrom the aspects of land,labor,capital,technological progress,structural adjustment and institutional innovation,qualitative analysis of agricultural economic quality,application of location quotient(LQ),yield comparative advantage index(YCA),scale comparative advantage index(SCA),comprehensive comparative advantage Economic indicators such as index(RCCA)and value-added rate empirically analyze the quality of agricultural economy and find that Yongdeng County attaches great importance to agricultural economic development,potatoes,vegetables,beans have high yields and good quality,and the development level of animal husbandry is relatively high.3.Analyze the main problems in the development of agricultural economy in Yongdeng CountyThere are certain problems in the development of agricultural economy in Yongdeng County,including: low investment in fixed assets in the primary industry,weakening of the driving force of the agricultural economy;development of characteristic industries is relatively lagging,and low income of property restricts the continuous growth of farmers' income;Insufficient integration of three industries,the development efficiency of new industries and new forms of business is not high;the effect of rural reform is not significant,the release of reform dividends is insufficient;the level of agricultural science and technology innovation is low,and the channels of informationization are not smooth.Fourth,put forward the countermeasures for the high-quality development of agricultural economy in Yongdeng CountyAccording to the status quo and existing problems of agricultural economic development in Yongdeng County,the following countermeasures are proposed: increase investment promotion,accelerate the pace of “going out” of agriculture,and develop and strengthen the dominant industries with green development as the main line;strengthen the integration of the first,second and third generations;the fourth is to continuously deepen the rural reform,promote the continuous release of reform results;accelerate the pace of agricultural science and technology innovation,and improve the level of agricultural informatization development.
