In a Chinese society with a high marriage rate, the meaning and role of the family for the individual cannot be replaced by any social organization. It is not only an important carrier and space for personal life, but also a source of supply for personal emotions, life, care, and old-age needs.Compared with cities, the home-based culture in underdeveloped rural areas is more prevalent.Coupled with the lack of other pensioners such as the market, society, and government, the family has become an indispensable part of the rural elderly’s later life.At the same time, both in theory and in practice,it is shown that family pension is a way of caring for the elderly in rural areas, which is more desirable and more satisfied. In the short term,it will still play the role of “mainstay”.However, for rural bachelors, the special marital status has led to the loss of the most important informal social support such as spouses and children. At the same time,it also brought huge pension pressure.Existing research on similar groups of rural bachelors—old unmarried men and bachelors—focuses on group characteristics, disagreement mechanisms, quantitative scale, and social impact. In the issue of old-age care, most of them focus on the status quo of living, the willingness to care for the elderly and the model of old-age care, and they are categorized with the five-guarantee households, the rural empty-nest elderly, and the rural left-behind elderly. However,on the one hand, rural bachelors have different characteristics from the above groups, but also have differences within the group.Especially in the research on rural pension issues, the differential impact of the family relationship network is huge. Therefore,it is necessary to divide the rural bachelor group. On the other hand, the “wishfulness” of the willingness to support the old ones does not really represent the individual’s ultimate “doing”,and the individual behavioral characteristics of the rural bachelors under the special conditions of marriage and childbirth, the national coping characteristics, etc.must necessarily exist with other old people. Some differences. Therefore,it is necessary for the bachelor’s pension problem to be systematically studied separately.Based on the existing research space, the author puts forward the problem consciousness of this research: Through the "cooperation" between the individual and the country, the rural life picture of the rural bachelor can be successfully constructed. That is to say: individuals and the state as the two main body responding to the pressure of rural singles’ old-age care, whether the pension strategy adopted by the two can realize the pension willingness and pension demand of the special group of rural bachelors. In this paper, using the method of qualitative research,D County of Anhui Province was used as the field investigation point.Through the purpose sampling,99 interview materials were obtained in five villages, including 71 rural bachelor groups, relative villagers, county civil affairs bureau cadres, and village cadres.A total of 28 copies of the President of the Nursing Home.Among them, the acquisition of bachelor interview data is mainly based on the narrative of the parties. In the processing and analysis of data, this research mainly uses NVIVO qualitative analysis software to establish the relationship through software coding and analysis. The main part of this paper is the fourth chapter to the seventh chapter.Among them, the fourth chapter mainly expounds the particularity and general strategy content, formation mechanism and ideas behind the country’s group pension stress events brought by rural bachelors. The fifth chapter and the sixth chapter are based on the existing national strategy.Based on this, the author analyzes the individual pension pressure, the willingness of the old-age,and the individual coping strategies and strategies for the bachelor in response to the old-age pressure.Based on the descriptions of the above three chapters, the seventh chapter analyzes the interaction and results of the two individuals in the process of dealing with the stress of rural singles, and further discusses the realization of rural areas under the “state-individual” structure. The possibility of rebuilding the bachelor’s pension strategy. After research, this paper finds that:(1)Rural bachelors are not all “edges and weaknesses” as they have been in previous studies, and their “weakness and margin”attributes have specific time and space constraints. On the issue of old-age care, most rural bachelors have certain ability and resilience to cope with old-age pressure, and the pension strategy is diversified.Among them,a few bachelor’s pension strategies have achieved remarkable results.(2)The national strategy of responding to the stress of rural bachelor’s pension is aimed at welfare governance, which has both general and special characteristics, and it has encountered difficulties in the implementation of the project system in the process of policy implementation.(3)The personal strategy and the national strategy are coupled. The “cooperation” part of the two entities effectively realizes the partial old-age life picture that rural singles expect, mainly as the realization of basic living security, but fails to fully realize its High-level pension willingness and demand. This kind of deviation is caused by the integration and game between individual strategy and national strategy in the process of implementing interaction.Only when the bottoming guarantee function of the national strategy is coupled with the legal and effective function of the individual strategy, the pension pressure of the rural bachelor may be relieved and released. The main innovations that may exist in this paper are:(1)Enriching the definition of traditional bachelors.According to the personal strategy results of bachelors, this article divides bachelors into pure bachelors and "class family" bachelors.Further refine the group classification and related research of rural bachelors.(2)Innovation in research perspectives.Taking the two dimensions of individual and country as the starting point, this paper explores the problem of rural singletons’ pension from two opposite and unified paths, and explores the internal relationship and relationship between the two in rural single-age pension. This is a big difference between the past and the individual as a research issue, discussing how the state should be governed;or the country’s research perspective, and the fragmentation research that analyzes the implementation and dilemma of its related policy system.(3)Innovation in research issues. This study is different from the existing individual or group pension willingness and old-age model research, but focuses on the analysis of the process and results of rural bachelors from the “wishful” of “endowment willingness” to the last “endowment strategy”.Research on pension issues.(4)Innovation in research perspectives. This study puts forward that “the rural bachelor should be the main subject, pay attention to its initiative, the group has a certain degree of coping ability, and even can propose the policy recommendations such as temple pension”,which is different from the existing research. On the "researcher" and "problem",it promotes its "weakness" and "difficulties." Through the study, the image and ability of rural bachelors were reconstructed. In addition, after research, this paper finds that the pension strategy and“synthesis” effect adopted by individuals and countries fail to meet the old-age life picture of all rural bachelors, and there is a deviation between the two and their willingness and needs. The generation of this result is caused by the game between individual strategy and national strategy. Finally, this study also analyzes the feasibility of various new pension models in underdeveloped rural areas, and proposes that “time banks are not applicable;community home care has a mass base, but implementation difficulties, priority should be given to community construction. The experience of developed rural areas;mutual support for the elderly can be tried, but the methods and methods need to be deepened, and the need to introduce economic incentives at the right time is different. This is different from the existing research that “time banks can break through the rural pensions and should be home-based in rural development communities. The service model is to synchronize the construction of the community with the construction of the rural community home care service system.
