Study On The Effect Of Rural Financial Poverty Reduction In Underdeveloped Areas And Countermeasures

The 19 th National Congress of the CPC set the grand goal of ?lifting all rural poor and impoverished counties out of poverty and eliminating absolute poverty by 2020 under the current standards.? At the same time,it pointed out that the underdeveloped areas,especially the deep poverty areas,are the current focus of poverty alleviation and development.As a backward city of Jiangxi Province,the less developed province in China,City A is also one of the important members of the old revolutionary base areas and the former central Soviet areas.Taking City A as the research object,it has a certain representativeness to carry out the analysis and countermeasure research on the financial poverty alleviation effect of rural finance in less developed areas.The main contents of this thesis are as follows: Chapter 1 expounds the background and significance of the topic,and it puts forward the research ideas and framework,research methods and possible innovations and deficiencies on the basis of summarizing the research results at home and abroad.Chapter 2 mainly defines the important concepts involved in this paper,and introduces the core content or viewpoints of related theories such as financial poverty alleviation.Chapter 3 mainly analyzes the current situation of rural financial poverty alleviation in City A of Jiangxi Province.It mainly introduces the main practices,effects and the main problems of rural financial poverty alleviation in City A of Jiangxi Province.Chapter 4 mainly introduces the mechanism of poverty reduction effect of rural finance in City A of Jiangxi Province based on the research results of relevant theories and the analysis of the current situation of rural financial poverty alleviation in City A of Jiangxi Province.Chapter 5 mainly analyzes the relationship between rural financial development and poverty alleviation and its effect by panel regression analysis model in City A of Jiangxi Province.The results of empirical analysis show that the rural financial development in City A of Jiangxi Province has a significant negative correlation with the rural poverty level.Whenever the level of rural financial development is increased by 1 unit,the rural poverty level will be reduced by 0.0245 units,that is,the rural financial development of City A of Jiangxi Province can significantly promote the alleviation of poverty.At the same time,rural economic growth is also an important factor to promote poverty alleviation.Income distribution,urbanization level and industrial structure all have a certain impact on poverty alleviation.Finally,based on the results of theoretical research,current situation investigation and empirical analysis,this paper draws a research conclusion and puts forward policy recommendations: such as improving the rural financial supply system,increasing credit investment in key areas in rural poor areas,promoting financial poverty alleviation products and service innovation,strengthening financial poverty alleviation support,and creating a good rural financial ecological environment.
