ubiquitous has been landing and fusion enabling item by item,continuously promoting the technological paradigm change and value creation mode change of innovation subjects such as late comer enterprises,so as to promote Disruptive Innovation,which has aroused wide attention from all walks of life.With the gradual destruction of the value base of mainstream products and the competitive advantage of incumbent enterprises,Disruptive Innovation has created a"return to zero effect" on the existing technology system and industrial pattern,creating new opportunities for the industry to cope with many challenges in the uncertain situation,which is of great significance for the latecomer Enterprises to enhance their value advantage and achieve leapfrog development.Therefore,to explore the key issues of value creation logic and realization process of Disruptive Innovation in latecomer enterprises will not only enrich and expand the theoretical research of Disruptive Innovation in local context,but also provide theoretical basis for the formulation of relevant strategies of Disruptive Innovation management for enterprises and governments.It is also in line with China's correct understanding and cultivation of Disruptive Innovation and its strategic dominance in the future science and technology competition It is of great theoretical significance and practical value to meet the practical needs of the right to move.Based on the theory of Disruptive Innovation and from the perspective of value creation,this study focuses on the core issue of "the logic and realization process of value creation of Disruptive Innovation of latecomer enterprises",and mainly follows the research steps of theoretical research,model construction and empirical test.First of all,this study systematically combs the relevant research results of Disruptive Innovation and value creation,discusses the existing theoretical gap,selects the Internet of things enterprises as the case study object,combs out the logical main line of "technology application value creation advantage acquisition",and reveals the internal logic and advantage acquisition of Disruptive Innovation value creation of late-growing enterprises Secondly,based on the grounded theory method,this thesis makes an exploratory study on the value formation process and influencing factors of Disruptive Innovation of latecomer enterprises,and summarizes the value formation mechanism of Disruptive Innovation of latecomer enterprises around technology paradigm change,organization dynamic evolution and value network innovation;thirdly,this thesis analyzes the value formation mechanism of Disruptive Innovation of latecomer enterprises based on configuration method Finally,based on system dynamics,this thesis makes a dynamic simulation analysis on the value diffusion path of latecomer enterprises and the evolution process of Disruptive Innovation advantage,focusing on the identification of market opportunities play to the empowerment of intelligent technology and market-oriented application advantages,and accelerating the realization of value network innovation;thirdly,technological evolution,organizational
