With the increasingly complex and dynamic decision-making environment, team decision-making is becoming more and more a means for organizations to solve decision-making problems. The advantage of team decision-making is that it can provide more diversified information support for group decision-making.It's advantage depends largely on information sharing among team members. If information can not be effectively shared, the information resources distributed among different team members can not be used for team decision-making tasks, and will damage the overall performance of the team, even bring disastrous consequences. As the main process for team to make use of their existing information resources, the importance of information sharing is obvious. It has always been considered as the main determinant of team decision performance, and has attracted more and more attention and research. However, information sharing can not only positively affect team decision-making,but also negatively affect team decision-making.Under the positive and negative effects, the relationship between information sharing and team decision performance is uncertain. It is this uncertainty that makes it very important to introduce situational variables into the relationship between information sharing and team decision-making,so as to enhance the positive effect of information sharing on team decision-making and inhibit the negative effect of information sharing on team decision-making.In addition, the previous researches on information sharing take information as a single dimension variable. In fact, information includes unique information and common information.Due to the different function mechanism of these two different types of information sharing in team decision-making,some identify with common information sharing and belittle unique information sharing, while others attach importance to unique information sharing and belittle common information sharing.Because of the existence of these two extreme views, information sharing has always been an important problem in team decision-making.In order to solve this problem,it is necessary to deeply study the role of the two types of information sharing in team decision-making activities based on the differentiation of different types of information,so as to reveal their respective mechanism on team decision-making.On the basis of team cognitive theory, information sampling models theory and social validation theory, this study combs and analyses the research literature of information sharing, transactive memory systems, shared mental modelss, relationship conflict, team psychological safety, team decision-making and other variables, from the perspective of team cognition(transactive memory systems and shared mental modelss)and team emotion(relationship conflict),this paper constructs a structural theoretical models of the effect of information sharing(including unique information sharing and common information sharing)on team decision-making in the context of team psychological safety. In order to truly reveal the overall mechanism of information sharing on team decision-making,this study uses empirical and experimental research method to verify the constructed structural theory models by three studies. In study 1,empirical research method was used to explore the two-way path of information sharing on team decision-making based on team cognition and team emotion, and to determine whether there is an uncertain relationship between information sharing and team decision-making.In study 2,the empirical research method was also used to verify the moderating effect of team psychological safety on the relationship between information sharing and team decision-making.In study 3,180 participants from 60 teams were invited to participated a simulation experiment of new product development to explore the mechanism of different types of information sharing on team decision-making based on the perspective of team cognition and team emotion.SPSS23.0 ?AMOS24.0 and R were used to analyze the questionnaire data(descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, linear regression, variance analysis, binary logistic regression,etc.).The results showed that information sharing has a positive effect on team decision-making(team decision quality and team decision commitment)based on team cognition, while has a negative effect on team decision-making based on team emotion in study 1.In study 2,the relationship between information sharing and team decision-making was positively moderated in the context of team psychological safety. In Study 3,we found that unique information sharing can positively affect team decision-making based on transactive memory system, negatively affect team decision-making based on relationship conflict, common information sharing can positively affect team decision-making based on shared mental models, and positive effect on team decision-making based on relationship conflict, and team psychological safety only can play a moderating role among the relationship of unique information sharing and transactive memory system and relational conflict, but fail to function among the relationship of common information sharing and shared mental models and relationship conflict. The contributions of this study are as follows: Firstly,a two-path models of information sharing is constructed.Different from the previous single dimension perspective on the positive and negative effects of information sharing on team decision-making,this study constructed a two-way path of information sharing on team decision-making from the perspective of team cognition and team emotion.Secondly,it revealed the mechanism of different types of information sharing on team decision-making.Through the experiment,it is found that the effect of unique information sharing on team decision-making only based on transactive memory system and relationship conflict, and has nothing to do with shared mental models. In addition, the effect of common information sharing on team decision-making only through shared mental models and relationship conflict, and has nothing to do with transactive memory system. Moreover, the moderating effect of team psychological safety is only reflected in unique information sharing.Thirdly,it enriched the research on situational factors of information sharing.Few studies have explored information sharing from the perspective of team psychological mechanism. This study takes team psychological safety as a situational variable to explore information sharing(including unique information sharing and common information sharing),especially the changes of different types of information sharing.Fourthly,it provides effective enlightenment for team decision-making management. In order to increase the amount of information shared and improve team decision-making performance, under the value of different types of information sharing,we should create a team psychological safety atmosphere to ensure that team members can take risks and express different views on the basis of mutual trust and respect.
