At present,the enterprise organization is facing the rapid development of science and technology and the increasingly complex organization environment,the enterprise organization to the work of the innovation,flexibility and adaptability of higher requirements.Organizational citizenship behavior can play the role of lubricant in the organization,and can significantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.As a variable in the perception of social responsibility,corporate social responsibility fit can effectively promote employees to show more organizational citizenship behavior,and is a key factor for the sustainable and efficient operation of enterprises.In this study,combing social responsibility fit?prosocial motivation,ethical leadership and organizational citizenship behavior,on the basis of related literature,under the employees' perception of corporate social responsibility system,the use of social exchange theory and person-environment fit theory,discusses the mediating role of prosocial motivation between social responsibility fit and organizational citizenship behavior and the moderating role of ethical leadership.The questionnaire was formed by referring to the foreign mature scale.After the invalid questionnaires were distributed,recovered and deleted,299 valid questionnaires were finally obtained.The statistical analysis methods such as descriptive statistics,reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis,and regression analysis were used to test the research hypothesis.On this basis,the research conclusions were drawn.The results show that function fit and image fit have significant positive effects on prosocial motivation.Prosocial motivation has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior both to individual and to organization.Prosocial motivation plays a mediating role in function fit,image fit,benefiting organizational citizenship behavior both to individual and to organization.Ethical leadership has a significant positive moderating effect between prosocial motivation and organizational citizenship behavior to individual and organizational citizenship behavior to organizationFinally,according to the research conclusion,the following management practice enlightenment is proposed: first,enterprises should pay attention to the complexity of employees' perception of social responsibility,and choose social responsibility activities in line with function fit or image fit,so as to more easily stimulate the performance of organizational citizenship behavior,so as to better play the value of social responsibility.Second,enterprises should not ignore the role of internal ethical leadership in fulfilling social responsibilities.Third,enterprises should strengthen communication on social responsibility and narrow the gap between the fulfillment of social responsibility and the perception of social responsibility by employees.
