As far as the current research on environmental behavior is concerned,the research subjects at the individual level mostly focus on the individual residents,and the research space has gradually expanded from the family space to the public place,and began to pay attention to the environmental behavior outside the family place.Therefore,we will study the ethical dilemmas faced by employees in the process of implementing pro-environmental behavior based on the selection situation of employees’ pro-environmental behavior.In fact,the ethical dilemmas of employees’ environmental behavior involve the interest demands in different situations of family,workplace and public place.Employees need to weigh the priority of interests in different situations,so that employees have the psychological state of whether they need to implement the choice of environment in the current situation,that is,ethical dilemmas.First of all,based on the grounded theory,we conduct exploratory research on the content and structure of the ethical dilemmas of employees’ environmental behavior in space,excavate the general and specific situations of the ethical dilemmas of employees’ environmental behavior,and preliminarily analyze the content and structure of the ethical dilemmas of employees’ environmental behavior from the perspective of "environmental norms self demand" conflict.Then we use the qualitative research method to develop and verify the scale of ethical dilemmas of employees’ Pro environmental behavior,and finally test the research hypothesis through empirical analysis.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)the ethical dilemma structure of employees’ pro-environmental behavior includes four dimensions and 32 items.The four dimensions are the ethical dilemmas of pro-environmental behavior based on the quality of life,the ethical dilemmas of pro-environmental behavior based on space,the ethical dilemmas of pro-environmental behavior based on relationship and the ethical dilemmas of pro-environmental behavior based on role norms.(2)Sustainable leadership can negatively affect the ethical dilemmas of pro-environmental behaviors based on quality of life,the ethical dilemmas of pro-environmental behaviors based on relationship and the ethical dilemmas of pro-environmental behaviors based on space.(3)Sustainable leadership can positively affect felt responsibility.(4)Felt responsibility can negatively affect the ethical dilemmas of pro-environmental behavior based on quality of life,the ethical dilemmas of pro-environmental behavior based on relationship,the ethical dilemmas of pro-environmental behavior based on space and the ethical dilemmas of pro-environmental behavior based on role norms.(5)Felt responsibility plays an intermediary role between sustainable leadership and ethical dilemmas of employees’ pro-environmental behavior based on quality of life;felt responsibility plays an intermediary role between sustainable leadership and ethical dilemmas of employees’ pro-environmental behavior based on relationship;felt responsibility plays an intermediary role between sustainable leadership and ethical dilemmas of employees’ pro-environmental behavior based on space,felt responsibility has no intermediary role between sustainable leadership and the ethical dilemmas of employees’ pro-environmental behavior based on role norms.(6)Perceived leadership group prototypicality can positively moderates the positive impact of sustainable leadership on employees’ felt responsibility.Compared with low-level perceived leadership group prototypicality,high-level perceived leadership group prototypicality has more significant moderating effect.Moral attentiveness can enhance the negative impact of sustainable leadership on the the ethical dilemmas of pro-environmental behavior based on relationship;moral attentiveness can enhance the negative impact of sustainable leadership on the ethical dilemma of pro-environmental behavior based on quality of life;moral attentiveness can enhance the negative impact of sustainable leadership on the ethical dilemmas of employees’ pro-environmental behavior based on role norms.Moreover,compared with high-level moral attention,low-level moral attentiveness has more significant moderating effect on the above relationship.(7)According to the above conclusions,this study puts forward the corresponding management strategies.This paper has 8 figures,60 tables and 201 references. |
