Research On The Influence Of Enterprise Network Capability On Cooperative Innovation Performance Based On Knowledge Sharing

Under the background of high-quality development in China,innovation has become the main driving force of China's economic development,and the transformation and upgrading of enterprises is particularly urgent in the current period.Because of the increase of innovation risk and the acceleration of technology upgrading,the original single cooperation relationship can not adapt to the new situation.Enterprises have been cooperating with other organizations or institutions across regions and industries.All the network cooperation relations set with focus enterprises as the core are network cooperation combinations.Under this mechanism arrangement or management mode,enterprises can not only gain the advantages of information,knowledge,technology and capability,but also the network structure and communication interaction formed among each network partner will enhance the overall value of network cooperation combination.With the increase of the scale of network cooperation portfolio and the heterogeneity of network members in the network cooperation portfolio,the difficulty of focus enterprises in the management of network cooperation combination will increase.From the current research,most enterprises in China can not carry out system management on the basis of strategic level,but only focus on solving the conflicts and conflicts between the networks.Only a few enterprises will focus on the complementary and cooperative relationship among these network cooperation combinations.Therefore,scholars realize that the governance mode of single bilateral relationship no longer adapts to the combination of network cooperation.The managers of enterprises should solve the conflicts and conflicts among network members in each network cooperation combination from the aspect of enterprise strategy and network cooperation combination based on the integrity of network,and give full play to the collaborative function in the network cooperation combination.To establish high value network cooperation,enterprises must have the ability to manage and develop external network cooperation relations,namely network capability.At present,many researches have noticed the important value of network capability to improve innovation performance of enterprises.However,it can be concluded that there is no systematic and perfect theoretical research framework for the mechanism and relationship path of network capability and cooperative innovation performance.Therefore,based on the logic route of "capability relationship performance",this paper focuses on the key issue of "how to improve the performance of cooperative innovation" and explains and verifies the relationship between network capability,explicit knowledge sharing,tacit knowledge sharing and enterprise cooperation performance.By using the theory of network capability,knowledge sharing and innovation management as reference,this paper makes a deep study on the following problems:(1)what is the relationship between network capability and cooperative innovation performance.(2)What path does network capability influence the performance of cooperative innovation.(3)Does network capability affect knowledge sharing because of the different trust between enterprises and partners,and does knowledge sharing affect the performance of cooperative innovation of enterprises due to different absorptive capacity? Based on the above three specific problems,the following research is carried out in this paper:1.based on the collation and analysis of relevant documents,the theoretical connotation and structural dimension of network capability are deeply explored,and the theoretical research model of network capability affecting the performance of cooperative innovation of enterprises is established.It is pointed out that network capability can not only directly affect the performance of enterprise cooperative innovation,It can also improve the performance of enterprise cooperation innovation through explicit knowledge sharing and tacit knowledge sharing between enterprises and network partners.2.based on case study and theoretical framework model,relevant propositions are put forward through case study,and then specific research hypotheses of network capability to improve the performance of enterprise cooperation and innovation are proposed.Then,314 enterprises in the Middle East of China are collected through questionnaire,The hypothesis proposed in this paper is tested by multiple regression analysis.3.based on the above two studies,the paper introduces the regulatory variable of relationship trust,and further explores whether the influence mechanism of network capability on explicit knowledge sharing and tacit knowledge sharing between enterprises and partners under different relationship trust situations is different from the perspective of relationship trust,The empirical test is carried out to the regulatory effect of relationship trust in the conceptual model by using multivariate regression analysis.Meanwhile,the empirical test is conducted to examine the regulatory effect of absorptive ability between enterprises and partners between explicit knowledge sharing and tacit knowledge sharing and cooperative innovation performance.Based on the above analysis,the important conclusions obtained in this paper are as follows:1.network capability has a positive impact on cooperative innovation performance.The four dimensions of network capability: network vision ability,network construction ability,combination management ability and relationship management ability can positively affect the performance of enterprise cooperation and innovation.2.network capability plays an important role in cooperative innovation performance through knowledge sharing(explicit knowledge sharing and tacit knowledge sharing)between enterprises and partners.Explicit knowledge sharing and tacit knowledge sharing play a complete or partial intermediary role in the two relationship paths between network capability and cooperative innovation performance.3.relationship trust positively regulates the knowledge sharing between network capability and enterprises and partners(explicit knowledge sharing and tacit knowledge sharing);The absorptive ability positively regulates the relationship between knowledge sharing(explicit knowledge sharing and tacit knowledge sharing)and cooperative innovation performance between enterprises and partners.Specifically,the relationship trust positively regulates the relationship among network construction ability,combination management ability,relationship management ability and explicit knowledge sharing;Relationship trust positively regulates the relationship between the ability of portfolio management,the ability of relationship management and the sharing of tacit knowledge;The absorptive ability plays an important role in regulating the explicit knowledge sharing and tacit knowledge sharing and the performance of cooperative innovation between enterprises and partners.This paper introduces four dimensions of network capability,explicit knowledge sharing,tacit knowledge sharing and cooperative innovation performance into a research framework.From the perspective of knowledge sharing theory,this paper explains the mechanism of network capability to improve the performance of cooperative innovation in enterprises,mainly manifested as the following research contributions:1.the connotation and dimension of network capability are analyzed.As the core concept of this paper,the dimension division and measurement of network capability is one of the key contents of this paper.Based on the analysis of the existing literature,this paper holds that network capability is the ability of enterprises to obtain core competitiveness by identifying network value and market opportunities,planning and constructing network cooperation combinations,integrating,adjusting and optimizing network cooperation relationships at all levels,and puts forward that network capabilities include network vision ability,network construction ability The paper divides the four dimensions of the ability of portfolio management and the ability of relationship management.Based on the four-dimensional division of network capability,this paper develops a measurement scale of network capability,and verifies the reliability and validity of the four dimensions of network capability by factor analysis.2.explain the essence process of network capability affecting the performance of the focus enterprise cooperation innovation,and solve the problems of network cooperation innovation relationship management and the improvement of the performance of enterprise cooperation innovation in the network cooperation combination.Combining case study and empirical analysis,the paper opens the black box of the network cooperation combination operation mechanism,establishes the theoretical framework of the multi intermediary action model including explicit knowledge sharing and tacit knowledge sharing,and points out that explicit knowledge sharing and tacit knowledge sharing are important intermediary variables that influence the cooperation and innovation performance of focus enterprises.Therefore,to some extent,it further effectively solved the problem of network cooperation innovation relationship management and innovation performance improvement in the network cooperation portfolio,deepened the research perspective of innovation management in the network cooperation combination,improved and expanded the related research on the theory of explicit knowledge sharing and tacit knowledge sharing,and effectively constructed for the enterprise It can be used as a reference for managing network cooperation portfolio and improving cooperation innovation performance.3.the regulatory mechanism of trust in relationship and the mechanism of absorption ability are explained.This paper takes relationship trust as a regulating variable to test the regulatory effect of relationship trust between network capability and knowledge sharing;The absorption capacity is regarded as the adjusting variable to test the regulating effect of absorptive ability between knowledge sharing and cooperative innovation performance.The conclusion further expands the research scope of relationship trust theory,and provides a new management concept for enterprises and partners to adopt correct network strategy under the different trust.The absorptive ability affects the relationship between the knowledge sharing(explicit knowledge sharing and tacit knowledge sharing)and the performance of cooperative innovation between the enterprises and the partners in the network cooperation combination.This conclusion further expands the theoretical research scope of absorptive ability,At the same time,it also provides a new management concept for enterprises and partners to adopt correct cooperation strategies in the case of different absorptive capacity.
