| Facing the incentive competition of globalization,China's tourism development is still faced with the plight of "big but not strong",tourism innovation ability level is low,We urgently need to enhance competitiveness through innovation and promote industrial transformation and upgrading.In today's knowledge economy era,the speed of transmission and acquisition in tourism enterprises are quite fast.The cost of reproduction and imitation of tourism products and services is extremely low.The innovation ability of tourism enterprises depends greatly on whether the enterprise can acquire and utilize external tacit knowledge quickly and effectively.Therefore,in the global competition and knowledge economy era,as the basic carrier of tourism development,tourism enterprises how to improve its absorptive capacity,effectively identify and obtain tacit knowledge,then translate that knowledge into innovation output,improve the tourism enterprise innovation performance,is an important problem urgently to be solved in the tourism development of our country.At present,the studies of enterprises tacit knowledge management and innovation performance has become a hot foreign academia,but domestic research has just started,the relevant theoretical research,especially the empirical research is very lack.Therefore,based on the domestic and foreign literature research on tacit knowledge acquisition,absorptive capacity and enterprise innovation performance,taking the three-star hotels and above,the3 A tourist attractions and above,the travel agency with a certain scale in guangdong province as the research object,the tacit knowledge acquisition is divided into cognitive-based and skill-based,to explore the inner mechanism of the three variables,put forward the theoretical model and related assumptions.SPSS19.0 and AMOS19.0 statistical analysis was carried out on the data collected by questionnaire and test.Finally,based on the research conclusion,relevant management enlightenment is put forward.Through the empirical analysis,it is found that:(1)Cognitive-based and skill-based implicit knowledge acquisition both have a significant positive impact on the innovation performance of tourism enterprises.(2)Realistic absorptive capacity plays an intermediary role in the relationship between cognitive-based implicit knowledge acquisition,skill-based implicit knowledge acquisition and innovation performance of tourism enterprises;(3)Potential absorptive capacity can not adjust the performance of cognitive tacit knowledge acquisition and innovation performance,and plays a significant positive regulating role between the tacit knowledge and the innovation performance. |
