Since the21st century, the enterprise faces huge changes under the environment of more and more intense competition and changing customer’s need. The competition form of the whole market has become to the competition between supply chains instead of the competition between enterprises. However, in many areas of technology, the cost of R&D has been in constant growth. Usually, a complex new products, research and development expenses may exceed hundreds of millions or even billions of dollars. R&D activities with a certain degree of risk, most companies can’t afford such an enormous investment. Moreover, even the company has enough assets, it’s impossible that the company can’t take into account the various fields of R&D at the same time. The more important point is that the enterprise can seek innovative inspiration and wisdom from suppliers and customers. So the collaborative innovation in the supply chain enterprises has become an inevitable trend.Chapman pointed out that in the supply chain environment, companies has been very difficult to survive in the fierce competition only rely on its ability to innovate..In order to be better to adapt to the competitive environment, companies must continue to self-improvement and cooperation with other companies to achieve collaborative in the whole innovation process. This collaborative innovation should not be a simple connection of the members of the corporate machinery and equipment and other resources, it is more important to be able effectively integrate enterprise innovation required resources and capabilities, enabling collaborative innovation. The collaborative innovation is the needs of supply chain enterprise development as well as the needs to be quickly to adapt to the changing market.Collaborative innovation performance of the supply chain will be influenced by many factors. Therefore, a systematic study of collaborative innovation performance of the supply chain and its related factors is very important to the enterprises. Collaborative innovation performance and its influencing factors in the supply chain enterprises can fill the blank of theoretical research to a certain extent, and it is helpful to refine the theory of collaborative innovation.Scholars have done lots of research on collaborative innovation theory. Author red a number of collaborative innovation literature and found that the "knowledge sharing","absorption capacity" as well as the "IT capacities" are high frequency concepts. This foundation declares these factors have a close relationship with the enterprise collaborative innovation. So far few scholars researched on the relationship between them. In this paper, the author established a theoretical model of the relationship between enterprise collaborative innovation and knowledge sharing, absorptive capacity, information technology capacities, proposed the assumptions of the study. Then the author verified the models and assumptions through empirical analysis. This study mainly in the following six areas:Chapter1:Introduction describes the background and purpose of this study point of view of topics and research questions.Chapter2:The literature relevant to the study, including the supply chain enterprise collaborative innovation, knowledge sharing, absorptive capacity and IT capacity.Chapter3:The assumptions and the operational definition of variables. This chapter is the focus of this paper, the author established a theoretical model, and identified three factors that affect the performance of collaborative innovation. At last the author designed the questionnaire.Chapter4:Data analysis. On the recovery of data having a statistical analysis to validate the model and data is consistent. Then verify the assumptions of this study is set up, finally through model updating get the final model.Chapter5:Conclusions and Suggestion. In this paper, we can get the following conclusions:(1)The level of supply chain enterprise knowledge sharing, the absorptive capacity and IT capabilities have a positive effect on the collaborative innovation performance.(2) The IT capabilities have a positive effect on the knowledge sharing. But the assumption of absorptive capacity of enterprise has a positive effect on the knowledge sharing is not true. There are some drawbacks in this paper, the author can’t consider other influencing factors into this study model. The number of samples may not be large enough, only176sample copies were recovered. There are three main innovation of this study. First, from the perspective of topic. So far, the research on the supply chain enterprise collaborative innovation is very scare, especially on the impact of collaborative innovation. Second, the research method. In this paper, the author uses empirical research methods instead of the qualitative analysis as before. In this paper, the author established a theoretical model of the relationship between enterprise collaborative innovation and knowledge sharing, absorptive capacity, information technology capacities. Third, the current method on the collaborative innovation performance measurement is not too mature. Based on the purpose of the study, the author determined a more reasonable measure system of supply chain enterprises collaborative innovation performance.
