Research On The Relationships Among Knowledge Sharing,Absorptive Capacity And Innovation Performance In Team | | Posted on:2018-02-04 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:L Hou | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2359330515973926 | Subject:Business administration - management | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | In order to improve work efficiency,reduce the cost of information communication,more companies tend to reduce the organization hierarchy,take the team as the basic unit.Innovative ability of the team is benefit to improve their competitiveness and competitive advantage.Knowledge is the basis of innovation,how to improve the team’s innovation ability and performance through knowledge sharing is very important for the team.Based on this point and a lot of theoretical research,this paper constructed a theoretical model and put forward 14 hypotheses.Then,this paper collected 316 questionnaires of 91 teams to test the theoretical model,took the relevant and regression analysis with SPSS20,results are as follows:(1)Knowledge sharing and its two dimensions(knowledge donating and knowledge collecting)has a significant positive impact on innovation performance.(2)In addition to the impact of knowledge donating on potential absorptive capacity is not significant;knowledge sharing can has a significant positive impact on absorptive capacity.(3)Absorptive capacity and its two dimensions(potential absorptive capacity and the realized absorptive capacity)can play a partial mediating role between knowledge sharing and innovation performance.Finally,some suggestions were offered according to the results of the study about how to improve the innovation performance for teams.(1)Create a relaxed knowledge sharing atmosphere;focus on the effect of knowledge collecting.(2)Improve the absorptive capacity of team members. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | team, knowledge sharing, absorptive capacity, innovation performance | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
