Spatial-temporal Evolution Characteristics And Formation Mechanism Of China's Economic Development Mode Transition

Transforming the mode of economic development occupies an important strategic position in China's economic development,which has always attracted the attention of the party and the government.China's practice in accelerating the transformation of economic development mode have achieved remarkable results.However,China has also brought a series of problems in the process of accelerating the transformation of economic development mode.The main reason is that the promotion incentives,fiscal taxes,and price mechanisms of officials with local government GDP growth as the core are not conducive to the transformation of economic development mode,making local government officials Interests,economic development methods are more locked in the development path of “quantity-speed”,resulting in insufficient supply,unbalanced development,low input and output,destruction of natural environment,weak innovation capability,tight environmental constraints,and lack of sustainability.And other issues.Then,under the background of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,what new meaning is given to the transformation of the economic development mode,and what is the process? So how do we build a more comprehensive transformational measurement system for China's economic development that is applicable to the new era? What characteristics of the evolution of time and space in its transformation since 2007? What caused the time and space pattern of the transformation of economic development mode? What is the impact mechanism? How to accelerate the transformation of the economic development mode to promote the high-quality development of the economy and so on.To sort out such problems,it will not only help to solve the current dilemma of population,resources,environment and economic and social coordinated and sustainable development,but also to promote the early realization of the expected effect of high-quality economic development.This study takes the transformation of economic development mode as the main line of transformation,and takes 31 provinces as the research object.Based on multi-level,multi-disciplinary and multi-dimensional,it tries to clarify the time and space of the transformation of China's economic development mode.The evolutionary pattern and its formation mechanism,and then find out the countermeasures.The research ideas of this research are as follows: Firstly,combing the relevant literature and theoretical basis of this research at home and abroad,on this basis,constructing the theoretical analysis of this research.Secondly,it constructs a measurement system for the transformation of China's economic development mode applicable to the new era,and measures the transformation level of China's economic development mode.Thirdly,it analyzes the spatial-temporal pattern and dynamic evolution characteristics of China's economic development mode transformation,and then discusses the formation mechanism of its space-time evolution from both theoretical and empirical aspects.Finally,based on the empirical analysis,the research conclusions,policy recommendations and research prospects are presented.The content of this study is divided into 7 chapters.The main contents of each chapter are arranged as follows:Chapter 1,Introduction.Starting from the background of China's economy in the new era and the development of high quality,this paper discusses the necessity of studying the economic development mode at the present stage,namely the research purpose and significance of this paper,and summarizes the basic ideas,methods and main contents of this research.Innovation.Chapter 2,domestic and international research review and theoretical basis.Firstly,based on the China Knowledge Network(CNKI)database,the research hotspots and research trends on the transformation of economic development mode at home and abroad are clarified,and literature review is carried out on this basis.On the other hand,combining the theory of sustainable development,Xi Jinping's new era of socialist economic thought with Chinese characteristics,economic development theory,new economic geography and other theories,it provides necessary theoretical support for follow-up research.Chapter 3,Theoretical Discussion on the Transformation of Economic Development Mode.Based on the existing achievements and research purposes,the concept and nature of economic development,the concept and type of economic development are defined and elaborated.A brief review of the transformation process and experience of China's economic development mode over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,combined with the new era Xi
