In recent years,China's aging population has gradually accelerated.The change of population structure has a prominent impact on China's economic structure,which puts China in the economic environment of "getting old before getting rich".The aging population not only brings negative economic impact,but also brings opportunities for the development of rural leisure and old-age care.Under this background,it is of great significance to optimize the industrial structure,further develop rural leisure pension and promote regional economic development with the help of the development of leisure pension.Rural leisure pension is a new pension model,which is different from the traditional pension model.It aims at enabling the elderly who have lived in cities for a long time to enjoy leisure pension activities in the countryside according to seasonal changes and personal needs.Heilongjiang Province has unique advantages in natural environment and climate,and it is an ideal choice for the urban elderly to provide for the rural leisure.Under this background,Heilongjiang Province vigorously develops rural leisure support for the aged,on the one hand,it can meet more and more diversified demand for support for the aged,on the other hand,it can provide more jobs for the rural working population by using the old-age economy,and provide impetus for sustainable economic development.The paper focuses on the development of rural leisure and old-age care in Heilongjiang Province,systematically demonstrates the influencing factors of rural leisure and old-age care in Heilongjiang Province,and puts forward the corresponding development countermeasures.The details are as follows:Firstly,on the basis of reading a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,the paper constructs the basic theoretical system of rural leisure pension,defines the meaning,classification,development principles and development strategies of rural leisure pension,analyzes the mechanism of rural leisure pension by literature research and logical analysis,expounds the main components of rural leisure pension,constructs the mechanism framework of rural leisure pension composed of government,profit-making and non-profit organizations and urban elderly,and points out that rural leisure pension is developing towards diversified demand and optimized supply.Secondly,the paper describes the present situation of rural leisure pension in Heilongjiang Province,and takes the elderly who go to Heilongjiang Province to experience rural leisure pension as the research object,builds PLS-SEM model,analyzes the level of customer satisfaction,and finds that there are some deficiencies in demand and supply of rural leisure pension in Heilongjiang Province.On this basis,the qualitative analysis of the influencing factors of rural leisure and old-age care in Heilongjiang Province is carried out.From the demand point of view,consumers' internal demand for products and services for rural leisure and old-age care,the internal demand for economic development in Heilongjiang Province and the demand for improving the efficiency of resource use promote the development and improvement of rural leisure and old-age care in Heilongjiang Province.From the supply point of view,Heilongjiang Province has unique natural environment,resource endowment,regional culture and strong support from the government and relevant departments,all of which have become the supply pulling factors for the development of rural leisure and old-age care in Heilongjiang Province.Subsequently,the paper makes an empirical analysis of the influencing factors of rural leisure and old-age care in Heilongjiang Province from the perspectives of demand and supply.From the perspective of demand,this paper theoretically analyzes and assumes the influencing factors of the elderly's willingness to go to Heilongjiang province for rural leisure and retirement,and finds out the influencing factors of the elderly's willingness to go to Heilongjiang province for rural leisure and retirement through the verification of Logistic model and survival function model,and analyzes the influencing factors of the development of rural leisure and retirement mode in Heilongjiang province from the perspective of demand.Based on the supply angle,this paper uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the supply of rural leisure and old-age care destination in Heilongjiang Province,and analyzes the influencing factors of rural leisure and old-age care model development in Heilongjiang Province from the supply angle,so as to provide empirical evidence for the supply-side reform of rural leisure and old-age care model development in Heilongjiang Province.In addition,the paper sorts out and lists typical rural leisure pension cases in America,Britain,German,Japan and China,and draws lessons from their successful experiences and gains enlightenment.Finally,combined with the previous empirical research results,the paper puts forward to some countermeasures and suggestions according to various restrictive factors,in order to provide reference for the development of rural leisure and old-age care policies in Heilongjiang Province.
