With the development of China's social economy,China's rural areas, whether it is the rural economy or the quality of life of farmers have been rapidly developed and improved to a certain extent. The appearance of the entire rural area is also a new look. With the rapid development of social economy and culture in rural areas, the phenomenon of aging population in rural areas has become more and more serious. While the situation of aging population in rural areas is becoming increasingly severe, the function of rural land protection is also weakening day by day.The decreasing area of arable land,on the other hand,is characterized by the continuous decline in the quality of arable land;and with the adjustment and implementation of family planning policies, rural areas are increasingly showing 4-2-1 or 4-2-2 family structure. With the popularization of the “two-child” policy,China's total dependency ratio will increase with a faster trend, further increasing the pressure for the upbringing and maintenance of young people;coupled with the development of urbanization, rural youth The choice of labor force in the prime of life settles in the city, and the pressures in life have gradually weakened people's family values. All these have weakened the function of family pension, making the situation of rural old-age pension increasingly serious, and the rural social pension has become the focus of attention..In April 2014,the State Council promulgated the “Opinions of the State Council on Establishing a Unified Basic Endowment Insurance System for Urban and Rural Residents”,which means that a unified system of basic endowment insurance for urban and rural residents across the country has been implemented;after the system is issued and implemented, rural residents are endowd. The development of insurance has achieved great results, but there is a phenomenon that the level of participating insurance payment is generally low.The level of farmers' payment is related to the level of pension treatment that farmers receive in the future, and the level of pension treatment is low.It will affect the basic old-age pension needs of the farmers for future retirement, and the low pension funds will affect the operation and development of the fund, which will have an adverse impact on the development of the new system. Therefore, the study of the issue of farmers' contributions and contributions will be a matter for the entire Social developmentis also of great importance to the protection of the needs of the individual. On the basis of the literature research method, the paper designed relevant research questionnaires to collect data. The research data mainly came from field surveys in Weifang City,Shandong Province.A total of 260 questionnaires were distributed during the survey, and the number of questionnaires recovered was 245.The recovery rate of questionnaires was as high as 94.23%,of which 236 were valid questionnaires,9 were ineffective questionnaires, and the efficiency was as high as 96.32%.Combined with the results of the questionnaire survey, the status quo of the current farmers' insurance contributions was analyzed. From the analysis, the farmers' The selection of insurance premiums is generally low.For example, the investigation report on the status of farmers' contributions in Weifang City,Shandong Province shows that out of the 236 respondents,171 people among the farmers have chosen payment levels of RMB 300 or less, accounting for Up to 72.44%,while the choice of 500 yuan and above grades have their distribution, and the proportion of payment is very small. With the development of the economy and society, despite the increase in the level of payment,it still presents a generally low level of payment. Then, using the binary Logistic method, whether or not low-grade payment is selected as the dependent variable and the related influencing factors are used as independent variables,an empirical study is conducted on the influencing factors of farmers' willingness to pay contributions, and relevant conclusions are drawn, based on the analysis conclusions. The policy suggestions and countermeasures for appropriately improving the selection of farmers' contribution premiums are proposed. The research methods of this article mainly involve the literature research method, questionnaire survey method, empirical analysis method and induction analysis method. The conclusion of this study is that the marital status and number of daughters have little impact on the peasants' willingness to pay;the age, physical condition, understanding of policies, and understanding of policies have a certain influence on the peasants' willingness to pay;the annual net income of the family makes contributions to the peasants' willingness to pay.Has a significant effect. In response to the research conclusions,we proposed suggestions for improving the level of farmers' contributions to insurance, that is,we must first accelerate the development of the rural economy in orderto increase the income of farmers.Second,we must continue to increase the government's financial support and subsidies for urban and rural residents' endowment insurance, and the government should implement it.The more effective differential subsidy policy and the opening up of income levels at various levels require that the depth of policy advocacy be further strengthened to raise their awareness of pension risks, and more emphasis should be placed on raising the awareness of young people's pension risk and young people. The group has a good lead.
