Perfectly solve the rural-urban workers supporting problem is not only benefit to resolve the adverse effect, but also the harmony of social and sustainable development of economics. As a relatively independent group, rural-urban workers’have been excluding from the urban social security system for a long time. Their pension security rights have not been protected effectively.Firstly, this study characteristics and classification of rural-urban workers, then the author analyzes the three kinds of pension insurance model, concluding that urban pension security is more conductive to protect rural-urban workers’ right. Secondly, Based on the investigation of Shi jia zhuang city in Hebei province, the result shows that the majority of rural-urban workers has not been incorporated into the urban pension insurance, but rural-urban workers have higher enthusiasm to participate in urban pension insurance. Thirdly, using the Logistic model, the paper analyzes the major factors influencing rural-urban workers’willingness to participate in urban pension insurance. Finally, based on the results of analysis, some suggestions are put forward to solve the problem of rural-urban worker’s pension insurance.In China, the research literature on the rural-urban workers’ participate in urban pension insurance is relatively small. The paper analyzes the major factors influencing rural-urban workers’ willingness to participate in urban pension insurance. The logistic model analysis shows that, residents’desire for rural-urban workers support is remarkably effected by some characteristics,such as age, education, the frequency of profession moving, whether or sign contract, having a strong desire to stay in the city, knowing the policy of the pension insurance. The results show that the rural-urban workers with higher education, having a strong desire to stay in the city, having a trust in pension insurance, or knowing more about the policy of the urban pension insurance have a positive attitude towards participation in urban pension insurance. By analyzing the logistic model of survey data, Ability to pay for the urban pension insurance is remarkably effected by some characteristics, such as monthly income.
