Research On The Mechanism Of High-Tech Industrial Cluster Based On The Symbiosis Theory

With the development of high-tech industry, technology is penetrating into every area. Technology development has been turned out to be the essential impetus for economy growth. High-tech industry can strengthen competitiveness of Zhejiang. This thesis will take the case of Zhejiang for example to research the mechanism of high-tech industrial cluster based on the symbiosis theory.Industrial cluster is a kind of community which has many inter-related and inter-restricted enterprises. Among its members there are also symbiosis relationships which are similar to the biological populations. The symbiosis theory was used into Economics in this thesis. Firstly,this thesis analyzed the characteristic of symbiosis phenomenon in Industrial Cluster, and found that by the characteristic of coexistence, competition and complementation, Industrial Cluster also had symbiosis form and symbiosis effect of reducing cost, sharing profit and enhancing market competition. Secondly, by taking a universal research about the industrial cluster's symbiosis mechanism, it revealed three kinds of symbiosis mechanism, which included sharing public resources, communicating information and innovating collaboratively. Thirdly, according to the current situation of Zhejiang high-tech industrial cluster, the author analyzed the symbiosis mechanism, effect and the symbiosis path by the case of Hangzhou High-tech Zone and the logistic model, additionally fitted a symbiosis curve by 10 years'data of Zhejiang high-tech industry, pharmaceutical manufacturing and electronic equipment and communication manufacturing. Finally, some symbiosis models of Zhejiang high-tech industrial cluster were raised.By analyzing the case of Hangzhou High-tech Zone, it found out three symbiosis mechanisms which were sharing resource, cooperation among industry, university and research institutions, and innovating collaboratively. The results of logistic model showed that the logistic curve fitted well, the development of Zhejiang high-tech industrial cluster has kept consistent with the symbiosis S-type curve. It has been reached maturity period and showed the feature of network. So, at last, this thesis proposed two kinds of symbiosis network model for the development of the Zhejiang high-tech industry, which are equal oriented pattern of symbiotic network and the nesting oriented pattern of symbiotic network.
