Shipbuilding industry is the comprehensive industry of capital, technology andLabor-intensive. it will not only promote the development of iron and steel, machinery,electronics, chemical and other industries, but also has a positive role in optimizingindustrial structure, improving the ability of high-technology to be innovatively applied,promoting urbanization, alleviating the employment pressure and increasing exports. After2008global financial crisis, China Shipbuilding’s order volume and revenue have shrunkdramatically. Shipping industry is facing an unprecedented crisis. In order to emerge fromthe crisis, it’s needed to upgrade the shipbuilding industrial. We need high technology,high economic value added ships to seize the high-end markets, achieving sustainabledevelopment in shipbuilding industry. This article is based on the symbiosis theory andfocuses on shipbuilding companies manufacturing process of collaborative technologies asthe research core to study shipbuilding industrial cluster mode of cooperative technologicalinnovation, which has great theoretical and practical significance to realization oftechnology innovation in shipbuilding industry.Current research on domestic and foreign literature found that there is little research ontechnology innovation in shipbuilding industrial cluster. First, I proposed background,significance of research and innovation in this paper. And then we analyzed the importanceof technology innovation in shipbuilding industrial cluster development and determinationof the type of shipbuilding industrial cluster collaboration technology innovation combinedwith characteristics and development status of shipbuilding industrial cluster developmentof cooperative technological innovation. Because of its complexity, this article focuses onthe core shipbuilding companies and studies the cooperative technological innovation modeof shipbuilding industrial cluster. We analyze cluster symbiosis, symbiotic relationship,symbiotic structures and environments based on the symbiosis theory. After that, we analyzethe symbiosis mode of ship industry clusters collaborative technology innovation, andaccording to experience and building Logistic model, the clusters technology innovation ofsymbiosis organization mode and symbiosis acts mode are divided, characteristics of eachmode are concretely analyzed. Then we respectively study the stability of parasitic mode,partial symbiosis mode, non-symmetric reciprocity mode and the symmetric reciprocitysymbiosis mode. I draw the following conclusions: parasitic mode and partial symbiosis mode is poor of technology innovation stability, non-symmetric reciprocity symbiosis modehas some stability, symmetric mutualism model has good stability and is conducive to thelong-term development of technological innovation. Finally, I proposed somecountermeasures and suggestions for the state of shipbuilding industrial cluster developmentin cooperative technological innovation and the issues rising in the process of innovation.
