Research On The Industrial Cluster's Ecological Symbiosis Mechanism

Industrial Cluster is a kind of community formed by united enterprises which are complementary, symbiotic and could yield symbiosis effects through coexistence and complementation. Successful Industrial Clusters, as successful enterprises, have their own competitive advantages. This organization type of numerous assembling and interactive enterprises is one of the bases of Industrial Cluster's competitive advantages. In this paper, the author made a systemic research into the Industrial Cluster's symbiosis mechanism by methods of logic study and case study and found that by the symbiosis mechanism of assembling, forming symbiosis network, lasting transaction, sharing public resources, studying from network and innovating collaboratively, Clusters could strengthen the vigor of regional industries, strengthen the competitive advantages of cluster enterprises and realize the co-evolution of the cluster.The author firstly defined the Industrial Cluster's concept, then summarized and commented the researches of this field both at home and aboard to educe the research field and main content of this paper. Secondly, on the basis of analysis of Industrial Cluster's ecological characteristics and interactive behaviors, verifying that symbiosis mechanism is the core quality of the Industrial Cluster by using symbiosis theory and network theory, and next analyzing the significance of symbiosis mechanism, all of which do as the requisite basis of the following text. Thirdly, after studying the evolution court of symbiosis, the author concluded four formation principles of symbiosis—cooperative principle, cost-push principle,benefit-pull principle and internal-caused increase theory. Fourthly, revealing the symbiosis mechanism from angles of resources-sharing mechanism, communication and coordination mechanism, choice mechanism and trust mechanism after deducing the symbiosis operation system of the Industrial Cluster. Finally, the paper analyzed the factors influencing coordination among cluster enterprises and constructed the coordination model on this basis.Based on the Symbiosis Theory, Network theory and Ecology Theory, the paper studies the ecological symbiosis mechanism of the Industrial Cluster. This paper talked over the effects and operation mechanisms of symbiosis mechanism systematically, guided the current clusters through coordination model, all of which could do as reference and contribute to the theory.
