Research On The Development Of Regional Commercial Banks

During the past 40 years since the reform and opening-up in China,Regional commercial banks have played an irreplaceable part in promoting private and regional economic development from nonexistence to pass into existence and from small to large,with accumulated contradictions and problems.After the economy entered the new normal state,the profit of the state-owned large banks continued to increase,but the overall performance of Regional commercial banks declined significantly,the risks were gradually exposed and even concentrated,and some top Regional commercial banks in the industry were cleared by the market.This not only results in the concerns about whether Regional commercial banks will become destabilizing factors in systemic financial risk,but also causes the realistic thinking to the future of Regional commercial banks.This paper has discussed this question thoroughly,to get the benefit to the practice.The paper was divided into 4 parts,including 8 chapters in detail.The first part introduces the overall situation of proposal basis and research ideas.The second part is the theoretical basis,that is,Chapter 2,which discussed the relationship between regional economic growth and local financial development,including the nature,orientation and development environment of Regional commercial banks,explored the logical relationship between local government intervention and the development of Regional commercial banks under open-up conditions and combed the development and main characteristics of Regional commercial banks.The third part is the mechanism and empirical part of the subjects,which mainly studied the influence and mechanism of government intervention,regional economy and opening to the inside and outside world under the condition of opening up,and further analyzed the risks,risk warning and risk disposal of city firm under the condition of financial opening,as well as the international experience and enlightenment to China,including Chapters 3 to 7.The fourth part is to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of Regional commercial banks,which can handle government intervention properly,promote regional economic development goals,improve and optimize the financial ecological environment,enhance the resilience of urban businesses,and improve regulatory effectiveness specifically mainly according to the previous research conclusions.
