Study On Functional Sustainable Development Of Beijing Large Sports Buildings In The Context Of Urban Development

From the point of view of the relations between large sports buildings and urban development,taking Beijing large sports buildings for example,the paper focuses on the two core issues of the sustainable development of large sports buildings: urban coordinated development and functional sustainable development.This paper mainly studies the Beijing large sports buildings layout evolution and its relationship with urban development,and the functional sustainable development of Beijing large sports buildings in the context of urban development.Based on this,the paper puts forward the layout strategy,design strategy and operation strategy of large sports buildings based on sustainable development.The paper consists of three parts: theoretical research,empirical research and strategy research.Theoretical research,from the perspective of the study of the characteristics of large sports building,analyzes the influence of the large sports building layout of urban development,including infrastructure construction,urban spatial expansion and renewal of old area.The influence and requirements of urban development on large sports buildings are studied from the aspects of urban function improvement,new competition holding,mass fitness demand,functional adjustment and replacement,sustainable development and so on.Empirical research takes Beijing large sports buildings as example.First,from the point of view of the relations between large sports buildings layout and urban development,this paper studies the evolution process of layout of Beijing sports facilities,and its influence on the urban development.On this base,it discusses the layout of sports facilities of the Winter Olympic Games under the background of integration of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Second,this paper studies the the functional sustainable development of Beijing large sports buildings under the background of urban development,analyzes the requirements of the functional sustainable development of large sports buildings in Beijing under the background of urban development,and studies the functional developing process and present sustainable use of large sports buildings in Beijing.Through typical case study on Beijing Gymnasium,Capital Indoor stadium,Beijing Olympic Sports Center,the paper discusses the issues of functional sustainable development of large sports buildings,and summarizes the characteristics of architectural space evolution and functional sustainable development.On the basis of theoretical research and empirical research,Strategy research puts forward layout strategy based on the principle of coordinated development of urban sustainable,sustainable design strategies based on the function of sustainable development and energy saving goal,sustainable operation strategies based on value engineering method.
