Discussion Of Sustainable Development Of Building Technology And Countermeasure

Building industry is the leading force in the national economy, but it exerted a huge influence on energy and resources shortage. During the construction and use of buildings, abundant energy and resources are needed Basing on the problems of energy, resources and environment rising in the process of development, how to relieve the increasing pressures on energy, resources and environment is the severe challenge facing to the whole mankind. Therefore, studying on the sustainable development of building industry is quite necessary.Basing on the analysis of sustainable development of building industry in this paper, the design principles were gained. Studying on the character of steel structure and analyzing on economic profits and environment benefit, steel structure was a kind of green material and accorded with the design principles of sustainable development of building industry. With the features of better economic profits, less resource consumption and fewer environmental pollution, steel structure building will be the direction in long-run development.
