Vigorously promoting prefabricated buildings has become an important means for China to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry for high-quality development.As the basic components of prefabricated buildings,prefabricated components currently have many problems,such as many production links,complex influencing factors,and difficult cross departmental interface management.Exciting the technical problems of frequent,easy to occur and difficult to trace quality defects.Although scholars have carried out a lot of theoretical research of quality control,the phenomenon of "emphasizing post inspection control over process supervision control" generally exists in the practice of component quality control,which cannot trace the quality defects and effectively analyze the causes.The main problems are as follows: first,the key control elements and contents in the formation process of component quality are not clearly identified;Second,there is a split and distorted relationship of quality information flow among different subjects in the same supply chain,which leads to the failure of component quality data acquisition and mining;Third,lacking of an effective quality control method for the whole process management of component production.As for the component quality control still uses the theory and method of cast-in-situ technology,it is difficult to solve the management pain points and blind spots caused by the distortion of quality control information of different production entities.Therefore,it is urgent to study component quality control methods from the perspective of information management to meet the practical demands of defect tracking and cause analysis.Based on the above research background,according to the production characteristics of the whole process of prefabricated components,this paper analyzes the formation mechanism of component product quality,introduces the product gene theory,and creatively puts forward the component product quality control method from the perspective of information management.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Using qualitative analysis method,the overall research framework of component product quality formation mechanism and control is constructed.Based on the systematic combing of the existing problems in component quality control traceability,such as incomplete quality information,poor information classification management and lack of traceability,this paper puts forward the necessity of mining the quality formation mechanism and studying the quality control methods from the perspective of information management.Through the identification of component quality characteristics based on quality defect analysis,it is proposed that the analysis of component product quality formation mechanism should be carried out from the three dimensions of "influencing factors","quality characteristics" and "transmission law",the relationship between the three types of elements is qualitatively discussed,and the theoretical model of quality formation and control is established;This paper introduces the quality control and product gene theory,establishes the overall research framework of component product quality control,and analyzes the feasibility of the research point that "component quality control still lacks advanced methods based on the cognition of quality formation mechanism" from four aspects of method,content,perspective and theory.(2)Based on the survey data of engineering projects,the key quality characteristics in the formation of component quality are identified by using Entropy Weight and Mahalanobis-Taguchi System integration method.Combing the process and quality characteristics of component production process,the initial list of quality characteristics is obtained,including 28 processes,67 types of quality characteristics and 136 corresponding characteristics;The Entropy Weight and Mahalanobis-Taguchi System integration method is used to process and analyze the actual engineering data of quality characteristics.The research results show that 88 key quality characteristics are obtained,which effectively reduces the workload by 35.29%,and the recognition effect is good.(3)Based on the questionnaire survey data,the Decision-making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory and Interpretation Structure Model integration method is used to identify the key quality influencing factors and their relationship in the formation of component quality.Using the methods of literature analysis,field research and expert interview,42 target quality influencing factors are determined according to the identification sequence of initial list,basic list and target list.Then,the paper applies the Decision-making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory method to analyze the importance of each influencing factor,and obtains four parameters: influence degree,affected degree,center degree and cause degree;The hierarchical structure and transmission path between quality influencing factors are constructed by using Interpretation Structure Model.The study obtained 30 key influencing factors,accounting for 71.43%,including9 strong cause factors and 7 strong result factors.The relationship between key influencing factors was shown by factor map analysis method.(4)The simulation model of component mass transfer is constructed by using the method of System Dynamics,and the law of cross stage mass transfer with multi-agent participation is revealed.Based on the construction data of several cases and expert consultation,the index parameters are obtained,and the effectiveness of the model is verified from the consistency between the change of personnel contribution and the actual project situation.Through sensitivity analysis,the influence of quality risk transmission threshold,information transmission efficiency and sensitivity of key influencing factors on quality formation and change is obtained,and revealing the content of cross stage transmission law in quality formation.(5)By introducing product gene theory,a component quality control method based on formation mechanism is proposed.This paper puts forward a new method of component quality control from the perspective of information management.The specific contents include: introducing the product gene theory,putting forward the component product quality gene information model based on the three kinds of information of quality characteristics,quality factors,and transmission information,and realizing the correlation extraction of quality traceability data,The product gene standardization method is proposed to realize the quality data storage,and the traceability process design based on similarity matching algorithm is proposed to obtain the quality defect information.Finally,the feasibility of this method is verified by example analysis.Through the theoretical model construction and empirical case analysis,this paper deeply analyzes the quality formation mechanism of prefabricated component;introducing the product gene theory,and putting forward the quality control method based on the formation mechanism.The results make up for the deficiency of "neglecting the quality control process and emphasizing the quality results" in the existing research,have a certain theoretical contribution to enrich the research in the related fields of quality control,and also have a certain reference significance for guiding the practice of prefabricated component quality traceability management in the development of prefabricated buildings in China.
