| In the context of global warming and energy crisis,the development of new energy vehicle industry has become an important measure to optimize the industrial structure and promote the development of low-carbon economy in China.As one of the ten key areas of "Made in China 2025" and a national strategic emerging industry,the new energy vehicle industry has made rapid development since the "Ten Cities and Thousands of Energy-saving and New Energy Vehicles Demonstration and Application Project" was launched in 2009.However,there is a lack of research on the technology diffusion of industrial alliances.Along with the effective implementation of China’s innovation-driven development strategy,the innovation form of industrial alliances has shown increasingly complex,regionalized and spillover development trends,facing the problems of weak technological innovation paths,insufficient product competitiveness and weak market promotion ability of alliance innovation subjects.This paper analyzes the influencing factors,diffusion paths and diffusion effects of technology diffusion in industrial alliances based on technology diffusion theory and knowledge management theory,which lays a theoretical foundation for studying technology diffusion in industrial alliances and provides a detailed theoretical basis for the construction of technology diffusion research in industrial alliances.Through the perspective of technology diffusion,a detailed analysis of the influencing factors and paths of technology diffusion in China’s new energy automobile industry alliance is conducted,and the effect of technology diffusion in industry alliance in the context of regional integration is explored in depth,which provides an important scientific basis and theoretical guidance for indicating the development direction of technology diffusion theory and enriching the research of innovation theory system of technology diffusion in industry alliance,and the following conclusions are drawn.(1)This paper analyzes the technology diffusion of Chinese new energy vehicle industrial alliances in depth using the framework of industrial alliance technology diffusion analysis,and takes the classification of industrial alliances as the entry point in the section of technology diffusion influencing factors to study the technology diffusion network of new energy vehicle industrial alliances.Using Q method,two combinations of technology diffusion factors and capability preference paths are obtained,namely "technology diffusion preference path under the influence of industrial policy" and "technology diffusion preference path led by vehicle enterprises".(2)This paper analyzes the technology diffusion path of China’s new energy vehicle industry alliances at multiple levels by using the framework of industry alliance technology diffusion analysis.In the technology diffusion path,firstly,the basic situation of technology patents of the research industry alliance is statistically analyzed,secondly,the cited network of patents is analyzed,and the technical and market performance of products is further analyzed,and then the multi-level analysis shows the "technology diffusion preference path under the influence of industrial policies" and "technology diffusion preference path led by vehicle manufacturers" of the Chinese new energy vehicle industry alliance.The results and rules of the development of China’s new energy vehicle industry alliance under the "technology diffusion preference path under the influence of industrial policy" and "technology diffusion preference path led by vehicle enterprises" are further analyzed.(3)In this paper,the spatial econometric model is applied to study the effect of technology diffusion of new energy vehicle industry alliances in demonstration and non-demonstration cities and in different regions,and the diffusion characteristics of new energy vehicles in different regions are also analyzed.The empirical results also indicate that regional integration is an important model for the promotion of new energy vehicles in China.The empirical results also indicate that regional in demonstration cities,non-demonstration cities,and city clusters.(4)In this paper,the Baidu Apollo Eco-Alliance is selected as a typical alliance for case study and discussion.The case study shows that the technology diffusion of Baidu Apollo Eco-Alliance is divided into the technology diffusion path based on the new scene service network and the technology diffusion path based on the alliance innovation network.The technology diffusion path based on the new scene service network starts with scene generation and goes through the service maturity link,to achieve the goal of technology disruption.The technology diffusion path based on industry alliance innovation network starts from value construction and goes through the link of market integration to achieve the goal of market disruption.Ultimately,the overall goal of obtaining monopoly benefits for the Apollo eco-alliance with Baidu Group as the core or setting the future market rules for intelligent networked vehicles is achieved.This study investigates the technology diffusion of China’s new energy vehicle industry alliance from multiple levels and perspectives and constructs a framework for analyzing the technology diffusion of China’s new energy vehicle industry alliance.The research on the factors influencing technology diffusion,technology diffusion paths and diffusion effects of Chinese new energy vehicle industry alliances is completed.It bridges the gap of existing research on new energy vehicle industrial alliances and provides a reference for future related research. |
