vehicle industry development plan(2021-2035)points out that we should adhere to the development direction of electric,networking and intelligent,focus on integration and innovation,break through key core technologies,optimize the industrial development environment,promote the high-quality and sustainable development of new energy automobile industry in China and accelerate the construction of a powerful automobile country.Intelligent development is the key link to promote the high-quality development of new energy vehicle manufacturing in China.The process of intelligent development of new energy vehicles is affected by many factors.It is important to study the mechanism of key factors in the development of intelligent development of new energy vehicles in China.It is important to promote the high-quality development of new energy vehicle manufacturing and improve the international competitiveness of new energy vehicles in China It is of practical significance.The deep integration of digital economy and artificial intelligence has created favorable conditions for the intelligent development of new energy vehicle manufacturing.The development of new energy vehicles has entered an unprecedented new era.The traditional research theories and influencing factors analysis in the new situation are slightly pale.This paper takes the connotation of intelligent development of new energy automobile manufacturing as the starting point,systematically studies the mechanism of key factors affecting the development of intelligent development of new energy automobile manufacturing,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of intelligent development of new energy vehicle manufacturing in China.Firstly,this paper constructs and analyzes the research framework of key influencing factors of intelligent development of new energy vehicle manufacturing in China.On the basis of combing the research results of intelligent development of new energy vehicle manufacturing,this paper defines the relevant concepts of new energy vehicle manufacturing and intelligent development,expounds the connotation and main characteristics of intelligent development of new energy vehicle manufacturing,and analyzes the factors that will affect the intelligent development of new energy vehicle manufacturing based on life cycle theory,industrial policy theory,supply and demand theory,industrial innovation theory etc.The research framework of key influencing factors of intelligent development of China’s new energy vehicle manufacturing is constructed from three aspects: policy factors,market factors and innovation factors.Secondly,the key influencing factors of intelligent development of new energy vehicle manufacturing in China are identified.Using structural equation modeling method,based on the relevant assumptions of the key influencing factors of intelligent development of China’s new energy vehicle manufacturing,this paper constructs the key influencing factors model of intelligent development of China’s new energy vehicle manufacturing.Through confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation overall test,it is identified that the key influencing factors of intelligent development of China’s new energy vehicle manufacturing are intelligent policy and market It also studies the influence of key factors on the intelligent development of China’s new energy vehicle manufacturing.Thirdly,this paper studies the mechanism of intelligent policy factors,market environment factors,innovation and development factors on the intelligent development of China’s new energy vehicle manufacturing.By analyzing the connotation of intelligent policy factors,market environment factors and innovation and development factors,the relationship between the changes of intelligent policy factors,market environment factors and innovation and development factors and the intelligent development of China’s new energy vehicle manufacturing is analyzed,and the mechanism model of intelligent development of China’s new energy vehicle manufacturing under the influence of three key factors is constructed.According to the numerical analysis results of different models,such as fractional accumulation operator GM(1,n),PSO optimized GM(1,n),BP neural network,GM-BP neural network,PSO-BP neural network,generalized regression neural network GRNN,FOA optimized GRNN neural network,IFOA-GRNN neural network,the optimal model is selected.Under the influence of innovation and development factors,this paper analyzes the influence mechanism of China’s new energy vehicle manufacturing development.Fourthly,it studies the comprehensive mechanism of key influencing factors on the intelligent development of China’s new energy vehicle manufacturing.The comprehensive influence model of intelligent policy,market environment,innovation development and other key factors on the intelligent development of China’s new energy vehicle manufacturing is constructed,and the comprehensive influence of key factors is analyzed.Based on the theory of system dynamics,the evolution model of intelligent development of China’s new energy vehicle manufacturing is constructed.According to the simulation results,the comprehensive influence mechanism of key factors on the intelligent development of China’s new energy vehicle manufacturing is discussed.Based on the comprehensive effect of key factors,the evaluation model of intelligent development ability of China’s new energy vehicle manufacturing is constructed,and the comprehensive effect mechanism of key factors is tested through empirical analysis.Finally,the Countermeasures of intelligent development of new energy vehicle manufacturing in China are put forward.Based on the research conclusions and empirical results of the mechanism of key influencing factors such as intelligent policy,market
