Research On The Influencing Factors And Action Mechanism Of Smart Site Construction Effectiveness

With the development of economy and technology,construction companies are increasingly focusing on the management of construction sites,and the concept of smart construction sites came into being.However,due to the current construction of smart site is in its infancy,there are still many problems in standards,specifications,product research and development,leading to poor effectiveness of the construction of smart site.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out relevant research on the influencing factors and mechanism of the construction of smart sites.This thesis defines the connotation of the construction of smart site,the construction effectiveness of smart site and its measurement standard,sorts out the current situation of the construction of smart site in China,and focuses on the existing problems at the present stage.Based on the study of literature and cases of smart site construction,after being modified by Delphi method and screened by factor analysis method,the influencing factors system of smart site construction effectiveness is constructed from five aspects: enterprise management,technical support,personnel professional ability,environment and cost investment.On this basis,the structural equation model of the influence factors on the smart site construction effectiveness is established,the empirical test is carried out based on the questionnaire data,and the influencing factors with their mechanism of action is analyzed.According to the analysis results,the influencing factors of the five dimensions all have a significant positive impact on the construction effectiveness of smart site.The endogenous power of construction enterprises is the most important aspect to improve the construction effectiveness of smart site at this stage.The new generation of high-tech is the current the most direct means to improve the construction effectiveness of smart site,and environmental factors mainly have an indirect positive impact on the construction effectiveness of smart site through corporate management factors.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions to improve the construction effectiveness of smart site are put forward from various dimensions,and an empirical analysis of the construction effects of smart construction sites is carried out in combination with the X to D Airport Express project.By exploring the mechanism of influencing factors on the smart site construction effectiveness,this thesis aims to help construction enterprises grasp the main contradictions in the construction of smart site,better realize the rational allocation of limited resources,and improve smart site construction effectiveness.Figure 14,table 33,126 references...
