Research On Key Influencing Factors And Mechanisms Of Intelligent Transformation Of High-end Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises

With the United States "Advanced Manufacturing Partnership Program",Germany "Industry 4.0",and "Made in China 2025" have been proposed successively,countries around the world have adopted intelligent manufacturing as the main direction of the transformation and development of manufacturing,and high-end equipment manufacturing is in the manufacturing industry chain.The core link is an important manifestation of the core competitiveness of a country’s manufacturing industry.How to promote the intelligent transformation of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises has become a commanding height for countries in the development of manufacturing industries to seize the lead.In the process of intelligent transformation,many factors have affected their intelligent development to a certain extent.These factors individually or comprehensively affect the intelligent transformation of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises,and the manner,degree,and path of influence often determine the success of intelligent transformation.Therefore,this article selects China’s high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises as the research object,based on the existing research results,analyzes the key influencing factors and their mechanism of influencing the intelligent transformation,and builds a comprehensive role of the key influencing factors of intelligent transformation.The mechanism model provides guidance and reference for the intelligent transformation and development of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises.Firstly,this paper defines the connotation and research framework of intelligent transformation of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises.Based on the research results of intelligent transformation,the concepts and characteristics of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises are analyzed,and the connotation and form of intelligent transformation are defined.Based on the innovation theory,digital economy theory and resource-based theory,the key factors affecting the intelligent transformation are analyzed,and the interrelationships between the three factors of innovation,digitalization,and resource foundation are analyzed,and high-end equipment is proposed.Research framework of key influencing factors and mechanism of manufacturing enterprises’ intelligent transformation.Secondly,this paper identifies the key influencing factors for intelligent transformation of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises.Applying the grounded theory method,using the high-end equipment manufacturing companies in the list of "Smart Manufacturing Pilot Demonstration Enterprises and Projects" from 2015 to 2018 issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology as a research sample,through specific processes such as selective coding,spindle coding,open coding,etc.Various levels and categories of key influencing factors for intelligent transformation were identified,and story lines between the categories were identified to identify the key influencing factors for intelligent transformation.Thirdly,the mechanism of various factors on the intelligent transformation of high-end equipment manufacturing
