The domestic bus manufacturers are the critical carriers of highway passenger transportation service as well as the first line of defense high-speed bus operation safety.It is critical to do the research on design risk management technology for the construction of safety management system of bus manufacturers.However,the potential accident factors of bus technical state,which are exposed in the real driving environment,such as inherent attribute hidden danger and fault attribute hidden danger,as well as the characteristics of driving environment scenarios,are not fully considered during the process of safety management.So it is necessary for high-speed bus manufacturers to do the research on the safety risk management technology based on the cooperative safety characteristics of vehicle-road.This thesis comprehensively uses multidisciplinary intersection theory such as vehiclekinematics theory,traffic engineering,vehicle dynamics,vehicle reliability theory,traffic engineering,management,optimization design,etc.,through theoretical modeling,data processing and program design to study the bus design risk management technology of high-speed bus manufacturers,which mainly consists of the risk-identification technology to the potential accident factors,virtual detection technology of bus driving safety level and operation safety assurance technology of high-risk high-frequency fault unit.Aiming at solving the problems of bus driving safety management caused by lacking of the consideration of accident factor exposed during the real driving environment,it is necessary to propose a quantified bus driving safety risk management by the risk game study on potential accident causes in driving process for domestic bus manufacturers.According to the data of traffic accident to high-speed bus,this paper demonstrates the accident characteristics of bus driving safety and selects 9 potential risk failures of large bus as the research object of game method of accident risk.Then,3 accident-risk factors,called Severity(S),Occurrence(O)and Detectability(D),are defined based on the method of FMEA,whose weights are calculated by FAHP.And the accident-risk evaluation model of bus driving can be obtained through MULTILMOORA method.Besides,the risk ranking of potential-accident causes is determined by the results of this model.Finally,this paper presents a high-risk potential-accident cause as case study to show the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed risk-evaluation model.In order to solve the problems of bus driving safety management caused by lacking of the consideration of the potential risk of bus inherent attribute hidden danger,it is necessary propose a virtual test to make validation for the safety of main inherent attribute accident-causes in the stage of bus design for domestic bus manufacturers.Firstly,the accident-danger characteristics of bus driving are discussed based on the coordination principle of drivervehicle-road.After selecting the braking stability of ramp and lateral stability of curves as riskassessment criteria,this paper proposes their mathematic model to demonstrate the mechanism of virtual test program under typical bus driving environment.Finally,according to the results of virtual test program,the bus equipment-configuration scheme can be adjusted prepositioning and the optimization of the main structural parameters of bus can be guided and achieved for bus manufacturers during the process of design stage.Aiming at solving the problems of bus driving safety management caused by lacking of the consideration of the potential risk of bus fault attribute hidden danger and little consideration to the safety characteristics of the operation environment in the target product delivery area,it is necessary to carry a driving safety assurance technology to achieve a quantified bus operation safety risk management for bus manufacturers.According to the maintenance data of buses which are working in the environment of mountainous road,this paper select 8 high-risk highfrequency failure component units to analyze the characteristics of fault and maintenance based on vehicle dynamics characteristics.And their failure modes and decision-making models of preventive maintenance strategy are established.After building the single objective optimization model of safety,capability,and economy for preventive maintenance cycle of high-speed bus,the multi-objective optimization model for preventive maintenance cycle of high-risk high-frequency fault unit to get their best maintenance cycles.Finally,the decisionmaking scheme of bus preventive maintenance plan is improved according to the results of maintenance benefit evaluation model.In order to implement the above proposed the novel system of bus manufacturers security management,and carry out safety study to potential accident causes classification technology for high-speed bus during the process of driving,bus driving safety level of virtual testing technology and high-risk and high-frequency failure unit operation security technology as the main content of bus manufacturers integrated vehicle design safety risk management system,this paper discusses the design framework and implementation scheme of the bus operation potential danger risk management system based on virtual-reality safety fusion characteristics,and also systematically expounds the potential danger risk management technology of highspeed bus,vehicle inherent attribute potential danger risk management and fault attribute potential danger risk management function and implementation process.
