With the rapid development of the economy and society, climate change, energy resources, and environmental issues have become long-term problems faced by human society. The adoption of Energy Vehicles(EVs)can reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the transportation sector is recognized by major governments and organizations around the world as an important means and effective way to address global climate change. The promotion and use of EVs business models in China can provide reference for the long-term development of the EVs industry. With the intensification of competition among EVs enterprises,in order to compete for market share and cater to consumers, especially based on various service strategy models of EVs enterprises in different stages, namely, the consumer purchase stage(battery leasing strategy),the use stage(battery replenishment strategy),and the replacement stage(battery replacement strategy),exploring the best decisions of members in the EVs supply chain, manufacturers, battery suppliers, and exploring the impact of optimal strategies on the operational decisions of EVs enterprises is of great theoretical and practical significance.Specifically, this thesis mainly explores and studies the following issues:Firstly, the thesis conducted an analysis of consumer willingness to purchase EVs under three different stages of battery strategies. This chapter proposes EVs battery operation mode perception to consumer purchase intention framework and studies the influence of consumer purchase intention of EVs from the perspective of battery operation mode combination. On the basis of TAM theory, three subcategories of modes were explored:Battery Leasing mode,Battery replenishment mode, and Battery renewal mode, which have an impact on the purchase intention of consumers,as well as the mediating regulatory effect of consumer perception. The research results indicate that the combination of battery operation modes and consumer cognition are key determining factors for purchasing. The perceived usefulness and ease of use of consumers have a positive impact on their willingness to purchase EVs.Consumer cognition plays a crucial mediating role between the combination of battery operation modes and the willingness to purchase EVs.Secondly, consider the cooperation and optimization analysis of EVs enterprises under the purchase stage battery leasing. The thesis considers a secondary supply chain composed of manufacturers and battery providers.Depending on their dominant positions, manufacturers and battery providers will provide different leasing service efforts:Manufacturers will lead leasing service strategies;EVs battery providers lead leasing service strategies;Collaborate to lead leasing service strategies. In view of this, the thesis explores the optimal decision-making problem between manufacturers and battery providers under three different dominant leasing service strategies, providing decision support for the operation strategies of EVs enterprises under battery leasing cooperation.Furthermore,a competitive analysis was conducted among EVs companies considering the purchase stage battery leasing. The main consideration is the strategy of two competing EVs manufacturers in a duopoly market to produce and lease EVs with battery swapping modes, and provide consumers with unit rental and fixed leasing EVs respectively. Then, three different cooperation strategies were studied from a practical perspective:Strategy N(Not cooperate strategy);Strategy I(M1cooperation with battery suppliers)and Strategy II(The cooperation between battery suppliers and M2).The above research provides guidance and reference for the optimal strategy of M2 based on battery operation and maintenance mode. Then, the decision analysis of EVs enterprises under different energy replenishment modes considering the usage stage was explored.Analyze the problem of manufacturers with two different types of battery swapping and charging modes selling EVs to heterogeneous consumers with and without warranty services. The optimal equilibrium solutions for them were solved in the basic model and the extended model, respectively. At the same time, the optimal demands and profits of duopoly monopolistic competition manufacturers under government subsidies at different development stages of EVs swapping station construction were compared, providing clearer management guidance for the optimization strategies of enterprises under different replenishment strategies. Finally, consider the decision analysis of EVs enterprises under different battery renewal services during the replacement phase. Two different service models for EVs were studied from a practical perspective, and a trade in strategy and a hybrid trade in model were established. The study also explored how to attract new users through the trade-in approach while retaining existing users,as well as the decision-making model for updating EVs enterprises.Provide guidance for the optimal strategies of EVs enterprises under different battery renewal service modes. This thesis delves into the key strategic models for the EVs enterprises considering battery services strategies, including battery leasing strategy models, battery replenishment strategy models, and battery replacement strategy models. On this basis, the optimal operational decision-making issues of members in the EVs supply chain, manufacturers, and battery suppliers under different operation and maintenance service strategy models were further explored. The results of this thesis not only expand the relevant theoretical content in the fields of EVs battery leasing strategy mode, battery replenishment strategy mode, and battery replacement strategy mode, but also provide strong decision support and management inspiration for the practical development of the EVs industry.
