The development of EV is a major direction of modern automobile vehicles, which will bring significant impact on planning and operation of the electric power system. As the most important place for centralized control of electric vehicles, EV battery charging and swapping stations play a vital role in load distribution and scheduling. This work aims to restrain the difference between peak and valley load, improve energy use efficiency and economic benefits of EV battery charging and swapping stations. Therefore, the research on load control strategies of EV battery charging and swapping station under the new situation has important theoretical significance and practical value. The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly, this paper focuses on analyzing of station load characteristics and operation influence factors. Taking EV battery charging and swapping stations in Shandong as an example, charging load and swapping load are analyzed to grasp their characteristics and differences. Also, various factors influencing station operation are introduced. The work mentioned above will be crucial for laying a foundation for the following study.Secondly, the operation strategy of EV battery charging and swapping station under TOU is studied. We propose comprehensive optimization energy management strategies and explore the essence and different characteristics of them. Based on the work mentioned above, an operation strategy fully considering the various factors influencing station operation and EV battery wear and life is proposed. Then the application scope and effects of the strategy are analyzed.Finally, given the electricity plan, this paper studies the operation strategy of EV battery charging and swapping station. An optimized model fully considering station operation costs and load fluctuation influence is established. Based on the comprehensive optimization energy management strategies and analysis of influence factors mentioned above, single station and different stations are analyzed respectively to determine the implementation effect of the strategy and the energy management strategies.In conclusion, through the research, some improvements are made in comprehensive energy management and study on operation strategy under different control measures of EV battery charging and swapping station. This work has important significance in improvement of station operation.
