State-owned forest farms are national forestry production units that cultivate forest resources and protect the ecological environment.They shoulder the important tasks of expanding forest resources and improving forest quality.Giving full play to the production capacity of state-owned forest land is of great significance for improving ecological,social and economic benefits.It has important support and leading role in development.However,in the 70-year development process of state-owned forest farms,there are also problems such as low economic efficiency,staff placement omissions,and backward technical facilities.Reform of state-owned forest farms is imperative.Inner Mongolia actively responded to the call and formulated a series of policies and policies to maintain the development of state-owned forest farms and protect the ecological environment.Under the guidance of guidelines and policies such as the main points of examination and approval of the state-owned forest farm reform plan,the state-owned forest farm reform plan of the Inner Mongolia,the municipalities directly under the League of Inner Mongolia and the county state-owned forest reform,it actively adapts to the strategic layout of the state and autonomous regions for state-owned forest farms,actively promotes restructuring to respond to changes,assume responsibility,and adapt to development.Seeking the survival and development of the forest farm itself.In the process of adapting to development and promoting restructuring,forest farm workers are fully integrated into the production and life of local village residents.The replacement of material resources has led to a symbiotic relationship between culture and education.Seek the survival and development of employee families.This article,on the basis of combing relevant research at home and abroad,sorts out the roads for state-owned forest farms to seek their own development in the process of restructuring and symbiosis.Taking the development process,implementation status and problems of B Forest Farm in W city,Inner Mongolia as an example analyze the problems and difficulties in the process.From the standpoints and perspectives of the government,forest farms,and employees,the causes of the problems are revealed,and then models and suggestions for the development of state-owned forest farms are proposed.This article consists of five parts.The first part is an introduction,which defines the concepts involved in the article and sorts out the related research done before;the second part describes the reform process of B Forest Farm,and adds specific cases to analyze the actual implementation;The symbiosis adaptation situation with B Village under the influence of forest farm restructuring;the fourth part puts forward the existing problems,analyzes the causes,summarizes the forest farm development experience,and puts forward development suggestions;the fifth part draws conclusions.
