| Li Yu was a famous writer and novelist in the late Korean Dynasty.His novels did not attract enough attention for the reason that they didnot conform to the stylistic ideas of the rulers of the dynasty.Nevertheless,from the perspective of the Korean Peninsula and even the development of Chinese fiction in East Asia,Li Yu’s fiction has its unique artistic and ideological significance and status.Through the study of Li Yu’s novel creation,a correct understanding of his position in the history of ancient Korean Peninsula fiction is of great academic value and cultural significance for exploring the secularization and popularity trend of the late Korean novel creation.In addition,by comparing the works of Li Yu,an ancient Chinese scholar,it is of progressive significance to explore the reference and reference of Chinese ancient novels in the ancient Chinese novels of East Asia.This paper aims at discussing Li Yu’s novel literature and its position in literary history.Firstly,it investigates the historical and cultural development in the latter half of the Korean Dynasty.Secondly,it focuses on the elaboration and analysis of Li Yu and Li Yu’s novel creation and its ideological and artistic achievements.Secondly,it makes a comparative analysis of Li Yu’s novel narrative art and tries to make a scientific and reasonable evaluation of Li Yu,and puts forward Li Yu’s novel representative.Various possibilities for the development of modern East Asian fiction.This paper first expounds the object of study and the purpose and significance of the study,and then summarizes the research status of Li Yu’s novels in the academic circles at home and abroad,and then explains the research ideas and methods of this paper.Then it shows the historical situation and social and cultural development of the first half of Korea,and then focuses on Li Yu’s life experience and literary concepts,pointing out Li Yu’s era environment and his life experience,which shaped Li Yu’s unique literary outlook and personality.Secondly,it analyses the ideological and artistic characteristics of Li Yu’s novels.From the perspective of ideological content,the characters in Li Yu’s novels not only truly reflect the world and human feelings of the late Korean Dynasty and the life of all kinds of people,but also express the author’s views on society and life.They also sensitively reflect the new social and cultural trends with modern factors in the late feudal period of the Korean Peninsula.It can be said that Li Yu’s novels enable us to have an image and profound understanding of the cultural psychology and social development trend of all social strata at that time.From the aesthetic point of view,the characters in Li Yu’s novels are not only diverse and rich in types,but also different in character even in the same type of characters.Through these characters,Li Yu’s novels present the society and social customs in an all-round way,which enables us to have a more comprehensive understanding of the society and people’s life at that time.Moreover,Li Yu’s novels have developed on the basis of inheriting traditional historical and biographical literature and notebook novels.From the narrative perspective,most of them are omniscient perspectives of the traditional third person,while some of them are limited perspectives of the first person,which shows that Li Yu’s novels show signs of breaking through the traditional novel.In the novel structure,Li Yu’s novels focus on the expression of human nature through stories.In terms of creative methods,Li Yu’s novels are mainly realistic,including the characters and plot designs in his works are mainly realistic,but they have a sentimental style characteristic,which is not only related to the author’s own experience,but also with his sympathy for the people at the lower levels.Concern about the future of the nation has a certain relationship.Thirdly,it compares the narrative art of Li Yu’s novel with that of Li Yu’s novel,and compares Li Yu’s novel with Li Yu’s from the aspects of narrative structure,character image and narrative perspective.The similarities or similarities between Li Yu and of the classical novel in the late Korean Dynasty,which is comparable to the reform literature of the realistic writers such as Park Chi-yuan,and occupies an important position in the history of the ancient novel in the Korean Peninsula and the Chinese novel in East Asia. |
