The Study To Biographies Of Western Musician Made By Musicologist From Mainland In The 1990s

As one of the most important categories of literature and art,biography has long been paid close attention to by scholars.The musician biography,as an important historical source and basis for the study of musicians,is also increasingly valued in the field of musicology.The 1990 s saw the first peak of Chinese people in the study of this field.Through the study on ten writings of Western musicians by domestic experts and scholars during this period,the category,structure,selection and narration of which will be analyzed to attract more researchers to focus on this field,as well as provide a reference for others in this field in the future.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is an introduction part,which expounds the research status,explains the author’s research methods and focuses on the results of the Chinese people’s biographies of musicians and related theories.All of these can be used as the research basis of this paper.The second chapter is the classification analysis of the research object.The third chapter is an analysis to its structure.The fourth chapter is the analysis of its material processing,and the fifth chapter is the analysis of narrative techniques adopted by the author on the research object.At last,the research object of this paper will be summarized.
