Research On The Construction Of Network Culture Security System Based On Bourdieu’s Practical Theory

Network culture security is an objective state in which the system operation and development of network culture are sustainable,and cultural interests are not threatened.It also makes users feel safe,stable and easy-going,rather than fear,anxious and empty.To study on this new subject,the paper took Bourdieu’s practical theory as the epistemology and methodology,and conducted analysis with the combination of symbolic logic and application framework to establish China’s network culture security system.Besides putting forward improving suggestions for the system,the paper answered the core questions in researches of this kind – what is network culture security,and how to achieve and maintain it.Bourdieu’s practical theory is the unity of subjectivity and objectivity,structure and construction,and qualitative research and quantitative research.It sees people as the principal part of the theory,and uses the concepts of field,habitus and capital as a whole,indicating where and how the principal part conducts the activity.Therefore,this research has two advantages.On the one hand,it is in line with researches in this area that takes people as core and studies on relevance and reflection,and provides useful supplement to the research perspective,discipline and methods.On the other hand,it is an innovative and beneficial try to explore the application condition,mode and mechanism of Bourdieu’s theory in such a new field,injecting new perspective,method and application to the research of the theory.The paper is divided into three parts,namely,the definition of network culture security system,the construction of network culture security system and the optimization of network culture security system.First of all,the paper found that the term "network culture security" is widely misunderstood in daily life and academic discussion.In fact,the new concept derived from network culture,network security and culture security,and involves researches on three areas – security,culture and network.Corresponding to the three concepts of field,habitus and capital,the paper has redefined a series of concepts such as "network culture field","network culture actor","network culture habitus","network culture capital" and "network culture practice",and has constructed a network culture security system to ensure the security is achieved and sustainable.Secondly,the construction of network culture security system from the perspective of Bourdieu’s practical theory adopted the research methods combining symbolic logic and application framework.The internal logic of network culture security represents the symbolic dimension of network culture practices.The paper is to reveal the internal mechanism of network culture security hidden in the social system,which is invisible and cannot be quantified.The external framework of network culture security represents the realistic dimension of network culture practices.By constructing three frameworks of network culture structure security,network culture standard security and network culture development security,the paper used nine elements(location security,system security,technology security,sovereignty security,value security,ethic security,procedure security,content security and industry security)to display an application form of network culture security that is visible,quantifiable,and recognized by the public and the society.With combination of symbolic logic and application framework,this paper could study on both social structure and individual actor closely,thus establishing an overall,comprehensive and sustainable research paradigm for network culture security system.Finally,based on three concepts of Bourdieu’s practical theory,the paper has put forward the optimization path of network culture security system accordingly,that is,network culture security environment(field),network culture security sense(habitus)and network culture security ability(capital).In practices,the three paths could be interpreted into constructing network culture security defense,cultivating healthy network culture security habitus,and increasing network culture industry competitiveness,to ensure the security of China’s internal and external fields is achieved,and the security is felt by actors,formulating the network culture security system with Chinese characteristics.This paper has restrained the tendency of fragmentation in researches of Bourdieu’s practical theory.It affirmed the correlation among field,habitus and capital,and innovated the research method combining symbolic logic and application framework.Moreover,it focused on the real social issue,responding to the national strategy that development ensures security.China’s development goal of enhancing cultural strengths as soft power in the global competition could be achieved by increasing the core competitiveness of China’s network culture industry through technological innovation and technology empowerment,further dealing with the challenges of the era of intelligent Internet.
