The network culture industry is a combination of the social attribute of "network culture" and the economic attribute of "industry". It is also one of the important branches of the cultural industry. Its development has great significance to the social culture and national economy. However, most of the researches on the network culture industry in China are from the management level, and there is no exploration on the basis of the audience’s point of view.In view of this paper, the research method of "bottom up", research focus from the perspective of the audience in the most basic of network culture industry, based on opinion dynamics perspective, whether to increase external factors for longitudinal, dynamic and static exploration in the transverse direction, the network culture industry by public opinion propagation simulation, demonstration and case analysis.Through the research, this paper argues that the network culture industry has the following four characteristics:1 of the audience for the recognition of low products and events can not reach a fully unified consensus.2 show the role of opinion leaders is mainly in the early stage of views rather than through full communication.3 even if it is only an outside perspective to guide the case, not every one of the external guide is effective. Reaction remedial effect later than 4 events throughout the 1/4 is very limited.Accordingly, and the previous single from the point of view of government started recommendations are given different. In this paper, in terms of network cultural product marketing and product promotion proposed innovative mechanisms revealed the inspiration of the government and enterprises in the guidance and management, emergency response, suggestions are put forward from the micro level within the industry to promote their products, business development in mid level and macro level government regulation, in order to provide theoretical basis for the construction and management of network culture industry.
