Research On Ideal And Belief View Of Chinese Communist Party Cadres In Colleges And Universities

Since the date of the birth of the Communist Party of China,the Communist Party of China has made the Marxism belief and communist ideals as its guiding ideology.However,in the past forty years of reform and opening,China was influenced by the market economy and various social thoughts domestic and abroad,quite a few Communist Party members’ understanding of ideals and beliefs has begun to be blurred or even shifted.Since the new era,the General Secretary Xi Jinping began to promote the new great project of Party building,and published a series of important speech about ideal and belief,and vividly interpreted the essence,values,standards and path which Communist Party members should stick to of communist ideals and beliefs,and gives Marx’s view the new implications of the era of ideals and beliefs.Communist Party members and cadres in colleges and universities are the main implementers of the party’s educational line and policies,and they are also the organizers and core personnel in the reform and development of colleges and universities.The ideals and beliefs of Party members and cadres directly affect how they strengthen moral education and cultivate people and how they reform,develop and stay stable.The ideals and beliefs of Party members and cadres in colleges and universities are not produced spontaneously,but derive from their systematic cognition and profound understanding of the ideals and beliefs.At present,there are some problems such as the shake and offset of ideals and beliefs in the mind of Party members and cadres.The fundamental reason is that the ideal and belief concept of Marxist theory is not firmly established.For a long time,the education of ideals and beliefs of Party members and cadres is mainly based on Marxist theory,but ignores the transformation effect of educational content,that is,the internalization and externalization of Marx’s ideal and belief.The lag of educational ideas and practice also reflects in the theoretical study,one is the lack of in-depth interpretation and systematic research of Marx’s ideal and belief,only a few scholars put forward the term of the ideal and(or)belief,but no further studies;the second is that the existing research perspective mainly focus on the ideals and beliefs of the main leaders of Chinese Communist Party and Marx classical literature writers,but neglected the research on the ideals and beliefs of ordinary Party members and cadres,this is the precise problem of the party building work which urgently needs to break.Based on the above understanding,this research is in the new era and under the background of “put the firm ideals and beliefs as the primary task of the Party ideology building” as the “supplement of the spirit of calcium”,and takes the particular group of Communist Party members and cadres as the research objects,and it is mainly focus the core problems of the diversity of reception of ideals and beliefs of Communist Party members and cadres in colleges and universities under the influence of multi-culture,and subjects to answer the following basic questions:question one is that from the analysis of the classic literature of the Marx doctrine,the paper answers what is the ideal and belief of Marxism.Question two from the perspective of cognitive psychology,it answers the characteristics and formation rules of the ideal and belief concept of Party members and cadres in Colleges and universities.Question three from the two dimensions of history and reality;it answers the evolution process and their realistic patterns of the ideal and belief of the Party members and cadres in Colleges and universities.Question four starts from the main problems existing in the ideal and belief of college party members and cadres and their innovative demands,it answers the new way of cultivation of the ideal and belief of college party members and cadres in the new era.The logical structure of this thesis mainly consists of five chapters:Chapter one clarifies the theoretical issues,through the classical literature review,the chapter states the ideals and beliefs of Chinese core leaders and the ideals and beliefs of Marx Engels,Lenin and so on,and reviews the formation process of Mark’s ideal and belief from embryonic stage to development and mature;on the basis of deep analysis of the basic theoretical problems of connotation,essence characteristics and structural elements and Marx’s ideal and belief and the Chinese discourse of Marx’s ideal and belief,and provides the theoretical basis for this research.Chapter two analyses the object characteristics,and makes specific analysis of the particularity of the Party cadres ideals and beliefs compared with other groups,and clarifies the overall characteristics and roles of Party cadres in colleges and universities and the character of their ideals and beliefs,and then puts forward the formation rules of the ideals and beliefs of Party cadres in colleges and universities.Chapter three explores historical changes,and sorts out the historical changes,challenges and transformation characteristics of the ideals and beliefs of Party cadres in colleges and universities in different 4 periods of the past 40 years of reform and opening,the 4 periods are "the beginning of reform and opening and bringing order out of chaos" and "early socialist market economy" " building well-off society comprehensively.” “Seeing Party self-governance exercised fully and with rigor since18 th CPC National Congress,and provides historical basis for this study.Chapter four analyzes the realistic subject,through literature analysis,expert interviews,and questionnaire survey method,grasps the general pattern,differences and problems of the Party cadres in colleges and universities currently,and explores the impact factors of the existing problems,and provides a realistic basis for the study.Chapter five explores the path of cultivation,and comprehensively summarizes the cultivation experience and typical case analysis of the ideals and beliefs of Party cadres in colleges and universities since the reform and opening up,and analyses the realistic challenges,problems and innovation demands of the ideals and beliefs of current college party cadres,on this basis,the chapter proposes the types,modes and models of cultivating countermeasures of the ideals and beliefs of Party cadres under the new situation.
