| With the development of "world integration",the concept of global village has gradually formed in people’s vision.Human activities are no longer confined to the present. Many people choose or have chosen to live in another country and another environment and live in Adapt to the new environment and gradually integrate with the new society.China-Arab relations, especially China-Egypt relations, are one of the oldest in the world and have a long history. In recent years, the "Belt and Road" initiative proposed by Chinese President Xi Jinping, and Egypt’s Initiative to Build the New Suez Canal have complemented each other to form a wonderful"trinity",which is conducive to the strengthening of the country’s soft power.Investment, trade and cultural exchanges will build and enrich the 21st century civilization. This is because China and the Arab world strongly oppose the Western world to rebuild the entire Arab and Middle East region through vicious competition, colonial plunder, clash of civilizations, and hegemonism. Both China and Egypt are ancient civilizations with a long history, and both have splendid cultural connotations and historical heritage, and since the era of the pharaohs, the two peoples are eager to understand each other’s cultures. As the understanding deepens,we should encourage positive introduction of the cultural differences between China and Egypt in different ways,so that both sides can better understand each other’s cultural concepts. With the development of friendly exchanges between China and Egypt, more and more Chinese people choose to go to Egypt to work, live, study or play. This has made the Chinese group in Egypt increasingly expanded, and the group mainly includes international students, business white-collar workers,workers,self-employed and self-employed people.Related family members and tourists.Among them, different identities show obvious differences in the length of stay in Egypt, which is mainly reflected in the obvious stability of overseas students and staff in Egypt. The stability of the family members of the above-mentioned identity groups is relatively weak, while the tourist group shows obvious mobility. Therefore,in order to conduct research on the cross-cultural issues between China and Egypt more effectively, the Chinese groups in Egypt involved in this study are mainly foreign students, business white-collar workers, and business workers who have stayed in Egypt for a long time, have strong life stability, and have weak personnel mobility. The group is dominated. This article mainly studies the Chinese community in Egypt, including international students,white-collar workers, workers, individuals and related families, tourists, etc.Among them, there are obvious differences in the length of stay in Egypt with different identities, mainly reflected in the obvious stability of overseas students and staff in Egypt, the stability of family members of the above-mentioned identity groups is relatively weak, and the mobility of tourists is obvious. Therefore,in order to more effectively study the cross-cultural issues between China and Egypt,Chinese companies in Egypt participated in this study mainly for those who have been in Egypt for a long time, have strong life stability and weak mobility, international students,white-collar workers Waiting for enterprises and workers in the enterprise. This article starts with the research on the cross-cultural communication between Chinese people’s work and life in Egypt. From an academic point of view, this research not only provides new perspectives and analytical methods for the study of work, life, adaptation and social networks of transnational culture in the era of globalization, but also enriches the research cases of sociology and ethnology, and has a great impact on cross-cultural research.Communication research has a certain value. The quantitative part of this study also confirmed that they may still be in the "honeymoon period" of cross-cultural adaptation within less than a year of coming to Egypt.People are full of curiosity about the surrounding environment and have fewer social difficulties,so they rarely seek social support on the Internet. After living in Egypt for three years,a realistic social support system was gradually established.Three to six years after coming to Egypt, they are generally in a "crisis period" of cross-cultural adaptation, and they are more inclined to obtain social support through the Internet.Coming to Egypt for 6 to 10 years and adapting for more than ten years, this is very good, but it is strange that when the Chinese reach the highest level of adaptation in Egypt, they will find that their China is round, and they do not want to integrate into Egyptian society. Most Chinese people did not integrate into this society when they came to Egypt. They have a lot of free time in Egypt, but they still make friends with Chinese people and try to eat Chinese food every day. These behaviors directly affect the process of their cross-cultural adaptation.Because they are in contact with students and teachers, the relationship will be simpler, and the influence of age will lead to better communication, exchange and blending.Chinese in school are more willing to make Egyptian friends and visit Egyptian homes.Once these international students stay and work in Egypt, their cross-cultural adaptation will be particularly good, and they are more willing to stay in Egypt for a longer time. Finally, some suggestions are made for Chinese companies and international students from the two countries,so that different groups can achieve a more harmonious cross-cultural adaptation. To sum up,this research starts from different perspectives, combining quantitative and qualitative research methods to analyze the cross-cultural adaptation of different groups of Chinese in Egypt. At the same time, this research can make the empirical data of cross-cultural adaptation more objective and richer, and provide new data support and content interpretation for the cross-cultural adaptation of Chinese people working and living in Egypt. |
