| The Taiwan’s pro-unification parties are important allies of the mainland in the development of cross-strait relations and important forces in promoting the process of national reunification.Under the background that the development of cross-strait relations has entered a new era and reunification is in progress,the mainland took the initiative,but was resisted and obstructed by the Taiwan authorities.As an important political focus of the mainland’s Taiwan policy in Taiwan,as well as an important bridge and media between the two sides of the Strait,the Taiwan’s pro-unification parties have been given a new historical task and political function in the new era of the peaceful development of cross-strait relations.It is necessary to re-examine the Taiwan’s pro-unification parties and bring them into a new research vision,it not only seeks the direction for the Taiwan’s pro-unification parties to get rid of their own development dilemma,but also provides useful thinking for their roles in the process of national reunification.From the perspective of structural functionalism,this paper regards the Taiwan’s pro-unification parties as a whole,as the political system to observe its political role,political structure,political function and political culture.Obviously,the Taiwan’s pro-unification parties are important political forces in promoting the process of national reunification.Culturally,the Taiwan’s pro-unification parties have become an important political organization on the island to support the reunification of the motherland and promote patriotism through their historical and cultural connections with Chinese mainland.They have also formed local concept represented by"harmony,reunification and protection of Taiwan",which is different from Taiwan’s"independence" and "independence" discussions on the island,And become important political forces on the island that support and recognize the "one country,two systems" system;Based on the above conceptual identity,the Taiwan’s prounification parties have played political roles as defenders of the one China principle,participants in the "anti independence and promoting reunification" work and responders to the integration and development of the two sides of the Strait;In terms of political structure,the Taiwan’s pro-unification parties have formed different political structures at the party organization level,Taiwan’s political system level and between the two sides of the Strait:the organizational structure mode of various modes at the party organization level,the weak connection between political parties in Taiwan’s political system,the symbiotic mode,attachment mode and series mode between political parties and social organizations,cultural exchanges,political party communication and social communication mode between the two sides of the Strait;At the three levels of the political system,they play political function in the aspects of political socialization,political employment,political communication,interest expression and synthesis,and feedback on policy output.Through the investigation of the Taiwan’s pro-unification parties,it is also found that they have some limitations:in terms of political role,the Taiwan’s prounification parties not only confuse and misplace the space of role objects,but also fall into trouble in concept and election,and are self satisfied with the sense of status promotion and identity added value brought by the temporary roles of "underground Straits Exchange Foundation ";In terms of political structure,there are some problems,such as loose structure at the level of single political party organization,lack of cohesion at the level of overall unified political party,embedded structure between unified political party organization and other social organizations,and the characteristics of political party structure are not prominent;Therefore,in terms of political function,the Taiwan’s pro-unification parties show that the output of the unification function are lack of integrity,the systematic effect are greatly reduced,and there are serious path dependence in the "limited" function;In terms of political culture,Taiwan’s pro-unification parties have limitations in their cognition of "reSinicization",encounter resistance and difficulties in localization,and are disordered in the value evaluation of the concept of "reunification".It is obvious that Taiwan’s reunification party’s culture are not enough to evolve into a powerful weapon against blue-green pinch and cohesion and mobilize the people on the island,Thus,to a great extent,it will affect the effectiveness of opposing "independence" and promoting reunification.According to the analysis of structural functionalism on the plight of the Taiwan’s pro-unification parties,this paper believes that environmental factors shape the Taiwan’s pro-unification parties Culture through the relevant input to the Taiwan’s pro-unification parties,and then form the Taiwan’s pro-unification parties system,which has become an important reason for the plight of the Taiwan’s prounification parties.Therefore,Taiwan’s political system,as the main factor affecting Taiwan’s reunification party,is not only reflected in the differentiation of reunification "independence" consciousness in Taiwan’s political culture,but also the diffusion of "independence" consciousness,which has become the biggest obstacle to the cultural development of the Taiwan’s pro-unification parties,Moreover,the development of the system of the Taiwan’s pro-unification parties tend to break the"balance" of the current Taiwan political system.This endogenous contradiction can not be reconciled,which makes the development of the Taiwan’s pro-unification parties form a paradox circle under the Taiwan political system.Based on the above logic,the external environment can also have a positive effect on the political system through the transformation of political culture.In terms of the impact of China’s political system and the mainland’s political subsystem as environmental factors,the change of the environment is bound to put forward new requirements and support for Taiwan’s pro-unification parties.Therefore,The Taiwan’s pro-unification parties should start with political and cultural innovation and adjust its role and structure accordingly to adapt to this environmental change.The Taiwan’s pro-unification parties not only need to break the myth and build new concept discussion,but also excavate new social foundation and political roles from potential groups,and either take the initiative or adjust the new relationship structure with the help of the mainland to serve the new needs of the development of crossstrait relations,so as to make the best choice in line with the current development process of cross-strait relations. |
